I could not get this on a new tire no matter how hard I tried - Ive read the reviews about using pliers and all that, maybe their tires werent new or were slightly smaller but it wasnt going to happen in my case.

So Far so good. Fits and looks nice. Will let u know in about a year how it handles the elements.
