> 24 hourThe handle broke off the first time we used it. We got it back from TSA like this. Now it’s hard to lift when it’s full. Ugh

> 24 hourWe have only used a few times but the construction seems solid and quality. Very easy to use. Easy to maneuver and walk with. They also nest together so they don’t take up much room for storage.

> 24 hourI bought the first series and loved them. I travel a ton and the old ones were looking pretty rough due to stickers airlines and hotel use (with superglue?). These have a surface that is easier to get stickers off of and I like the color, so I upgraded, or so I thought First trip, used the largest suitcase, loaded with only 35 lbs, and the material ripped by the upper handle! It is SUPER thin. Looks like someone picked it up quickly and it just split. It was the last day of exchange, so I exchanged for the same ones as I thought maybe it was a fluke and I really liked the way they looked. First time I checked the middle size, again not very heavy, the top handle popped out of the track they are in. No idea how, there was no indication of a break. Was going to return, but instead, got a screwdriver and jammed it back in so i did not have to deal with warranty. Really hard to do, and almost gave up, but got it done with a few scratches.

> 24 hourThe suitcase was nice but the inside came filthy for whatever reason. It totally grossed me out, I had to hose it down.

> 24 hourThey have to have a great warranty, so I thought. I live in a major metro and have to drive 25 miles $7 toll, one way. On top of that, they require you to pay $15 to send it off to a repair center…. It’s kinda of insulting and seems to be this way to make you not want to file a claim.

> 24 hourLove the suitcase, except the lock part does not work. Don’t know of I’ll need it but upsetting to buy something that shows up broken

> 24 hour1st “hard side” luggage for me. This was terrific. We had a 3 week trip that included overseas air, trams, cars, hotels, trains and a long ocean cruise. Started in Norway (cold weather) and ended in Spain (hot). So packing was key. This Samsonite took all I needed, moved smoothly thru airports. Train stations and cruise terminals. Great purchase. Ready to refill the Samsonite and go again.

> 24 hourI am probably going to buy more of these. They are durable, easy to move and light weight. By far my favorite set so far! We travel a ton and I cant wait to see how they look after a few years and a few thousand miles.
