May be the best media I have ever used to grow a healthy bacteria colony. 2 months after installation my nitrates are down to below 5ppm. something I could never before achieve. I use this stuff in an nook and cranny I can fit it.

Good as expected

Very happy with the nitrifying bacteria this media sustains. I did a new setup of a Juwel Rio 300 (350 litres) freshwater with 8 bags of 9 litres ADA Amazonia, and with Ammonia of 2-4ppm leaching from the substrate, it only took 12 days for the clean canister filters filled with MarinePure to start cycling my tank.

I bought to put in a 65 gallon reef for extra filtration. seems to be doing its job.
