Great entertainment for the kids. Funny. Energetic. Positive pleasure to keep the kids laughing the entire movie. Love and enjoy it.

I loved the orginal. Ive seen it so many times, and Ive heard bad things about the remake. I was worried I wouldnt like it. Ive seen it twice now (vhs and dvd) and I love it. Yes, its nothing like the orginal, but I honestly dont think that stops it from being funny. Steve martin is Hilarious in this movie. I love when hes hanging from the chandelier and thinks its perfectly sensible to talk to his neighbors kid about restaurant recommendations. Its such a cute movie. I love how the younger kids all stick together and when fedex (mark, who is my favorite) is being picked on in school, they gang up on the bully. There are a ton of funny scenes in the movie. Tom has a chance to obtain his dream: coaching a college team hes always wanted to and has to movie his family to a new town. The kids hate the move, and it becomes worse when his wife leaves for a book tour, leaving him to watch the 12 children. The movie, while high on humor, is just as high on heart. its heart is in the right place. These kids are miserable, dad is miserable, mom thinks things are fine, and you feel for tom. He wants his dream so badly, and the kids cant see that. I really enjoyed this movie and I think its a movie both kids and parents can enjoy.

Now days, for families it is hard to find clean, funny entertainment that also has a good moral. We have enjoyed watching The Cheaper By The Dozen series for our family movie nights. Wish I could find more like this. This is the best of Steve Martin - good - clean and funny!

I love this movie when I just want to relax. Its genuinely funny without crossing into inappropriate territory, and doesnt require a lot of deep thought. A great family feature.

I downloaded this movie on my daughters kindle so she could watch it on our flight to and from vacation. Kids from age 6 to 75 watched this at different times on our 5 day vacation. There were many laughs and our 6 year old liked imitating Steve Martin which kept us all laughing. Good, clean and funny movie!

Great price and great movie. We bought this on DVD before going on a trip because we wouldnt have access to Netflix or other streaming services. Kids, ages 8 and 9, really enjoyed watching it with us. When we came back, we ordered Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and really enjoyed it as well.
