Checksoft Personal Deluxe

Checksoft does what it promises to do. Ive purchased the product before but had to get another DVD - as such Im setting it up from start again on a different PC. Ive reordered it this time because I liked it so well the last time.

Worst experience Ive ever had trying to use, setup this program. 1st time in 30yrs of using and setting up computers, that I find this product dificult to understand, not user friendly, and trying to get support next to impossible. Its in the trash! BUYER BEWARE!

I bought this software less than a year ago. I used it twice to print checks. Neither time would the background I selected print on the checks. I tried to use it again yesterday and got an error message telling me that the license was already being used and to contact the seller. When I called the sellers number, I got a recording telling me that the number was no longer in service. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the software. I now get an error message telling me that I could not install it on two different computers! Dont buy it!

Really nice check righting software

CheckDesigner does not work consistently with MyCheckBook. Its been extremely frustrating to be able to print sometimes and not others.

Since I dont trust the mail system to deliver a box of checks I print my own the checks. They work for most purposes but be warned if you use them at a store with a run down or old check scanner they tend not to read. I use hem to pay bills and have not had a check returned.

Had an older version which worked perfectly! I figured it was time to upgrade when I purchased a new computer. So disappointed. The check register default view is with the new transactions at the top, but the only way to view the balance is to sort the transactions with newest at the bottom - but it cant set to stay that way. When reconciling, NO CHECK NUMBERS are listed. Makes reconciling rather difficult with no check numbers. Uninstalled/reinstalled, searched for help, but the only way to get technical assistance is to pay for it, the lowest amount is $9.99. A company that can stand behind their product, shouldnt need to make money on purchasers trying to get that product to work. Big fat fail.

I returned because it would not accept or print my entire account number. Caused a few returned checks because the bank could not process them.

This software product was very easy to install and use. It will save me money on my checks. The product gives you many options on your check printing
