Checksoft Personal Deluxe

I purchased this item and when it arrived the disc was blank. After several attempts to install this problem and more than an hour on the phone with someone I could not understand from there support staff, they want my BLOOD to prove I purchased a $19 product, How to show a reciept for a product purchased on line was a real challenge, Thinking I had sent them every thing they had asked for, I waited for a responce from there support team. I only recieved daily email offers for me to purchase a new program on sale at the price I paid at Amozon. I decided to try contacting them again and was told they needed more BLOOD. After several attempt I finally got them what they wanted. I was told they had recieved a shipment of disc that came out blank in the packages. I had purchased the program to update my Checksoft Program after 5 years. Next time I think I will try another program rather than taking a chance at wasting several hours of time trying to correct THERE problems.

Worst experience Ive ever had trying to use, setup this program. 1st time in 30yrs of using and setting up computers, that I find this product dificult to understand, not user friendly, and trying to get support next to impossible. Its in the trash! BUYER BEWARE!

Software is better than older versions, but still quirky. That said, it is nice to design your own checks (you can even import jpgs of your prized pics right onto your checks) and customize fonts and positioning on the check. Remove or add your phone number as the need is appropriate. NEVER run out of checks/have to pay for anything more than your paper supplies. Can set up for multiple accounts too! Great for the whole family. Since most of us use debit cards and autopay, I have not needed to replensh the template paper for several years now. Just buy a 900 count box of the check template paper and fogettabout it!

Started out fine. The next day my computer tells me I cannot run this app on the computer. Loaded program but cannot even find it today. Waste of time and waste of money!

Absolutely horrible!

This is the most aggravating program Ive tried to run. It is definitely not user friendly when it comes to the install. Then if you want to call for support you have to pay for it. I just brought the program, why do I have to pay for support?! When I finally got it installed, now it wont open! This was the biggest waste of time and money!

The software is garbage, and the support is even worse. I have had computers for over 25 years and by far this has got to be the worst I have ever came across. It is very difficult to set up and very not user friendly to use. I had an issue with the printing alignment of the 2 and the 3rd check on a page. I finally found the customer support number, and the automated system said to call another number, which I did. After being on hold for over 35 minutes I finally got a live person. I explained the issue and he said to get support I have to pay for it, I stated that it said free support. His response was that it is threw the email. He took all my info and said that he will send it on to the email support team and they will be ready when I send then my email. I then got an automated email that I will receive a response within 2 days. Three days later I finally get an email stating that they are closing the case, since they have not heard back from me. So I responded that I have not had an answer to my original issue. Finally after two weeks I have given up. The free customer support basically does not exists. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS.

This software product was very easy to install and use. It will save me money on my checks. The product gives you many options on your check printing
