love it but too expensive

I want to start by saying I have had a set of knit picks interchange needles for 4 years that have spoiled me. I am not a fan of knitting in the round because I struggle with dpns. I tried other circulars that were hard to knit with. The chiaogoo needles are a great combination of flexible cord meets the right length needles to knit hats. I dont have any problems with yarn catching at the join. I am happy with my purchase.

Die Chiaogoo red lace ist eine top Nadel zum Stricken. Das rote Seil, möchte ich nicht mehr missen. Kein Verdrehen, keine Knicke. Ein Traum. Die Nadel liegt sehr gut in der Hand, es lässt sich leicht stricken, schöne spitze Spitzen. Ich möchte keine anderen Nadeln mehr haben.

I love ChiaoGoo needles! I have tried almost every other needle out there and they are the best! They dont tarnish and have a smooth join!

Based on the glowing reviews, a bit more cost effective, no memory cord also needing size 5, 16 circulars right away I ordered. I knitted off addis 20 onto ChiaoGoos 16 and noticed the difference immediately! The ChiaoGoos knit smoother and faster due to a sharper point and I think because they are made out of surgical-grade steel, which is very smooth, as opposed to brass coated with addis . Now I that have the ChiaoGooss to compare them to, addis needles kind of scrape against each other and ChiaoGoos smoothly slide as your knitting. I find them more comfortable, smoother to knit with and I am knitting faster. From here on out when I need needles I will be going with ChiaoGoo.

Im new to this brand. What a dreamy silky metal compared to what Ive tried before! You wont have the noisy clackety clacking you get with some metal needles...plus theyre really lovely in your hands. I can knit faster with these than my wooden needles and i didnt expect that. I thought my yarn would be slipping all over the place. Nope! I love the cables--theyre just right in flexibility. I have 2 sizes in this Chiagoo style lace needles and Im really pleased. Would absolutely buy again.
