I absolutely love the ChiaoGoo Red Lace knitting needles. The best part is that the cord doesn’t kink or get curled up so you can just enjoy knitting without have to wrestle with the cable on the needles. I love the pointed ends of the needles even when I am using thick yarns. The join between the needle and the cable is smooth. Ohh...so much to love .. just buy ChiaoGoo and you will be a happy knitter like me.

I love these for sock knitting! I normally prefer bamboo, but I knit on the bus to/from the office and the size 1 needles for my latest project kept breaking. These turned out to be a fantastic replacement. Smooth cable attachment, and the sock yarn slides beautifully. I liked this so well that I purchased two and work from one to the other.

They stuck a large unremovable warehouse sticker directly over the only identifying brand sticker with length & size of needles. For those of you familiar with the brand, see how the silver ChiaoGoo label is ruined

I love how easy it is to knit with them.

So glad I began using Chiaogoo needles. They never catch the yarn at the join, even with size 0 which I am currently using. They have a well-tapered end which I find very helpful when knitting with fingering yarn. I wish they came in two colors because I like knitting cuffs and socks in the round with two short needles - different colors keep me from grabbing the wrong needle.

Die Chiaogoo red lace ist eine top Nadel zum Stricken. Das rote Seil, möchte ich nicht mehr missen. Kein Verdrehen, keine Knicke. Ein Traum. Die Nadel liegt sehr gut in der Hand, es lässt sich leicht stricken, schöne spitze Spitzen. Ich möchte keine anderen Nadeln mehr haben.

Based on the glowing reviews, a bit more cost effective, no memory cord also needing size 5, 16 circulars right away I ordered. I knitted off addis 20 onto ChiaoGoos 16 and noticed the difference immediately! The ChiaoGoos knit smoother and faster due to a sharper point and I think because they are made out of surgical-grade steel, which is very smooth, as opposed to brass coated with addis . Now I that have the ChiaoGooss to compare them to, addis needles kind of scrape against each other and ChiaoGoos smoothly slide as your knitting. I find them more comfortable, smoother to knit with and I am knitting faster. From here on out when I need needles I will be going with ChiaoGoo.
