> 3 dayThis is exactly what we needed to keep our toddlers from being able to flip the switch for the gas fireplace!! There is no way someone with toddler hands would be able to open it!

> 3 dayMy cable modem and router is in a location that so happens to be plugged into an outlet that is connected to a light switch. I have a 4 year old that is compelled to turn it off which can disrupt daily life especially during this time of stay at home order. Anyhow, I had horizontal lever switch blocker which he figured out, so I thought this would defeat his small hands. Well, he managed to open it with the help of his 6 year old sibling. Im not even mad. They normally fight all the time, but this switch cover turned them into a team.

Greater than one weekI needed this for a switch in the sound booth at my church. When the switch would accidently be turned off, it would shut the entire sound system down. I installed this cover and have no worries now!

> 3 dayOur Wi-Fi can be turned off by a light switch. And of course our kids have done that a few times. So this was a quick and easy cover so they can’t turn it off!

Greater than one weekIts a fine product, and it works well enough. I have two minor issues: Mounting: the screw holes to hold it in place are not much smaller than the head of the screws, and the screw holes are all that hold this thing on the wall. If you over-tighten the screws, I could see them popping through the plastic. Similarly, if a child grabbed and hung off it or something, I could see them popping through, exposing the switch and wiring behind. Thus, I feel it is not terribly safe. I may add some washers to essentially widen the screw head. Design: This is inherent in the design and I cant really fault the creators of this thing, but you *must* use a simple, old-fashioned light switch with it. Any kind of dimmer or rocker or whatever will not work. You cannot even modify a rocker to work with it, because the mounting screws screw into the area where the rocker switch itself would need to come through. You may able to cut/dremel out a tiny slot if you have one of those dimmer switches that has a thin dimmer adjustment right next to the switch itself. I really like being able to use a dimmer in my toddlers bedroom, but it must now be at full blast or totally off. Its not a major problem, just a disappointing loss of functionality. However, as long as it doesnt break off the wall, it works very well as a way to prevent my toddler from turning his light on at night. The three-way snaps are a little annoying to open as a parent, and far beyond the abilities of a toddler.

> 3 dayWe recently installed a remote operated ceiling fan. We were told that if we turn the light on and off with the light switch, we could damage the connection to the remote, so only use the remote. I purchased this cover so I could cover the switch so I wouldnt accidentally turn it off and then I attached the remote holder to the outside so it is located where I was already used to the light switch being. May not have been the intended use for this product but it was perfect for what I needed.

> 3 dayIt works great, unless your children figure out they can pry open just the bottom with enough room to hit the light switch. Otherwise great for younger, less clever children.
