> 3 dayThis product is great for any baby proofing that needs to be done throughout the house. They are very sticky, but don’t leave a mark on the furniture or walls. They are also easy to open and close so it’s not annoying. Overall great product that I’m happy with.

> 3 dayVery easy to install and these have held up against my 13 month old. Giving this 4 instead of 5 stars as the bumps on the slide are plastic instead of rubber, so you really have to use a fingernail to unlock it.

Greater than one weekI originally bought these from a different vendor and Ive had those latches in use for a little bit over a year. Then I needed more to baby proof the kitchen so I got them from a different vendor, but they are the same as the first ones I bought and they have worked great so far. They are really easy to install and easy to use. Pros and cons based on my experience are listed below so you can make your own mind about it. As for me, I would definitely buy them again. Pros: - They are adjustable, just cut the plastic to the size you need. - Good for little kids to stay out of the cabinets. Even when I leave one open my daughter loves to walk by and close it herself (she is 20 months). - Very practical so when you only have one hand available, you still can open and close them easily. - Easy to use for everyone. They are super easy for grandma to use. I bought other latches for which you need to bend down and use two hands to unlock and they were hard on grandmas back. She is so happy that I switched to these ones. - Easy to install. - Can be installed in various surfaces. I used them for the toilets, dressers, stove, and cabinets (see photos). I am also planning on using them for the fridge, washer, and drier once the kids are older. - Can be removed without leaving any residue behind. To remove you can just use a hair dryer and something flat (I used a butter knife to avoid leaving marks). Make sure you use the hair dryer for enough time otherwise you will be left having to remove some sticky residue manually. - Can reuse since it comes with additional 3M tape. Plus you can just buy your own 3M tape if you run out. (this is also a con, see below) Cons: - One of the latches keeps falling of my cabinets (I bought more from a different vendor so I dont know if this is the one that falls or the other, but since I have about 20 latches in use, one not sticking is not a big deal) - The removing part can be tricky and tedious: (1) You have to use a hair dryer for about 4 to 5 minutes to remove each sticky side so about 8 to 10 minutes to remove just one latch. (2) Prior to removing you have to make sure the latches are closed, otherwise they will become unusable. I removed one while open and I couldnt close it again. (3) Once you remove them for the first time, the part where you adjust the length gets a little lose so it is easier to open. I am not sure when the kids will figure this out, but I am assuming once they are a little bigger they will and I may have to replace them for new ones.

Greater than one weekOur daughter gets into everything. This has helped immensely! She can’t pull the pots and pans out anymore. Tip for removing (Use goo gone) so you do not damage the paint or surface.
