Everything is fine except the box to the game is ripped on one side. A little confusing considering it was delivered in a bigger box with those little air bag things. I haven’t opened it yet to see if all the pieces are accounted for but I’m assuming they are.

A classic game that the whole family enjoys. The kids love playing board games, and this was no exception. Buy it and spend a lot more time with the family! Less TV time and great memories.

Bought new, but received it with all the pieces and spinner put together and a ton of grease/food stains on the cardboard and the box ripped. Obviously a used item. Disappointed.

Bought this to play with my kids because I always liked to play it when I was younger. It’s still fun.

A classic from my childhood, and my 4-year old sons new favorite game. For the price it is nicely packaged and has a really colorful, sturdy-feeling board. Its the perfect game for a kid who wants something to do that can take longer than 5 minutes, but still cant do 15-20.

This one is really hard for my 3 year old for a few reasons: 1) numbers are 1-100 but she can only count to 20-something 2) lots of squares in a back and forth pattern. There are tiny arrows showing you where to go but it’s easy to get turned around. I have to tell my daughter where to go throughout the whole game. This is the only board game she needs to be told where to move her pieces. 3) the chutes and ladders are all over the board. While cute, it’s hard to tell where they start and stop. Overall, the board is just too crowded and confusing. Maybe it’s better for 4 and up but I won’t know that for another year.

Up the ladders and down the chutes. For 2-4 players ages 3-7. This product is manufactured in United States.

Be the first to move your child-shaped playing piece from square one to square 100 on the Chutes and Ladders game board--but watch out! If you land on the square that shows you ate too much candy--Ouch!--you get a tummy ache and slide down a chute to a square a few numbers below. But if you end your turn on a good-deed square, such as helping sweep up a mess, you"ll be rewarded by a ladder-climb up the board.

A fantastic follow-up to Candy Land, Chutes and Ladders is ideal for younger children who are still learning to take turns and just beginning to recognize numbers (the spinner stays in the single digits). It"s also a gentle introduction to the higher numbers as players climb to 100 at the top of the board. And, thanks to all those chutes and ladders, it"s got enough excitement to keep your 7-year-old on the edge of her seat. English and Spanish instructions are included; no reading is necessary to play. Chutes and Ladders is for two to four players. --Julie Ubben
