Classic Messenger Bag - Durable, Water-Resistant, fits 13, 15, 17 Laptop

The product itself is well made with a very durable material. A quality bag. However its way too small for anything more than a small laptop or iPad. The pockets are well thought out and you can keep some stealthy things inside. I wanted the bag for work and was looking for something that could hold all of my things but not be too large and obnoxious looking. This didnt make the cut. I used the bag one time. I returned the bag although without the original tags and as a result had to pay for the return and also lost 25% of the total cost of the bag. The seller (Portmantos) claimed the recouped 25% was what it would cost them to retag the bag for resale. So in doing the math thats approximately $12.00. Im not convinced it costs a company that much to tag a bag for resale. Im sure weve all at least once purchased something from amazon that was clearly used and returned! So moral of the story; nice bag, but too small, company subpar.

I used this on a LDS Mission and it was one of the greatest bags. It was durable, it was waterproof, and it went through a lot, very much recommended.

I have had the canvas, medium sized timbuk2 for three years now! I dont usually write reviews, but Ive had enough problems with this bag that I feel like people looking to invest this amount of money should know before purchasing this bag.

The perfect murse. Will fit a kindle, an extra layer of clothing, USB charging pack, a headlamp, even a 13 chromebook (just barely).

This is a standard, classic messenger bad. Its expensive, but sturdy. The attention to detail is impressive, and nearly every aspect is finely tuned. The shoulder pad is large, comfy, and not too bulky. The straps are intuitive and do their jobs well. The main compartment is HUGE and I am astonished by how much it can carry. The simple fold-over flap keeps the water out, and expands when the bag is full, but still covers the contents well. The bag has plenty of zippered compartments, and a separate document pouch with a rigid edge that keeps your papers flat. Ive biked plenty of times in the rain and my stuff stays dry. In all, it cant get much better than this.

After scouring the internet for the right messenger bag I decided on this one. Its exactly what I needed and as durable as they claim. I really dont have much to add (seeing all the detailed reviews that have already been written). I just wanted to be one more on the list that absolutely loves this bag.
