Classic Messenger Bag - Durable, Water-Resistant, fits 13, 15, 17 Laptop

really good bag, more comfortable than backpack

I put my laptop, kindle, camera, binoculars and notepads in my Messenger Bag and I still have room for more. I can adjust the strap to make it longer or shorter depending if I want to wear it cross body or on my shoulder. The liner is waterproof so I have no worries should I set it down in something wet. It is made of very durable material and looks great too.

It fit across body very comfortably. It held what i needed as an airplane carry- on and allowed easy access while standing or sitting, which wasnt always the case with the small backpack i used previously.

I love this bag. I bought it for a camera bag, and the xs is the perfect size for my DSLR, two lenses, and my other assorted accessories. I have another timbuk2 bag as well, and they both are super comfortable to carry, no matter how much stuff you throw in there. Great brand, excellent buy!!

So glad I listened to the reviews here and ordered a size large. Im 64 and tried on a size medium in my local outdoor equipment store. It just didnt look big enough and I was right. The large is perfect for what I need it for, which is to carry my 15 old MacBook Pro to campus, along with a lunch box, water bottle and papers/books.

This is my second Timbuk2 messenger bag and I swear the only time its not strapped to me is when Im asleep. I originally got this bag to carry my work stuff (notebook, ipad, work phone, etc.) but since I basically now carry everything in it, I take it everywhere. And as far as durability, well... you gotta see for yourself. There are no words to descibe it. Long story short, I work in a lot of kitchens and my job is very rough and dirty. This bag handles it far better then I do. No joke! I cant say it enough, this is a damn good bag. I have purchased a lot from Amazon. This IS the best item I have purchased so far.
