Clover Jumbo Wonder Clips 24 Count, Green

I got these for the household quilter on request. the prices on Amazon are a LOT less than in quilt stores. and judging by the response, these are just about perfect to hold quilting and sewing projects. at least thats what I was told. I do not question the feedback. buy them, your life will be a lot easier.

These are so much bigger than the red ones. I love both of them but they work good for different things. I like to use the red ones for holding bias tape before sewing and these are good for bulky items like multiple layers of fleece. They are a very good size. 24 is an awesome amount. I have never needed more. The plastic bag they come in is reclosable. So you dont need to find another container to put them in.

While these clips are marketed to quilters, I havent found a quilting project that really justifies my purchase of them. Theyre really too big to pin my binding...even when they are flipped over and you can see the 1/4, 1/2 markings that are there to help you measure. I have used them to clip my quilt as Im quilting it...and they do hold the material securely. However, I think that a regular clothespin would work just as well. I love the Clover brand...these are well made clips that are thoughtfully designed. Im just not sure how they work into my quilting activities.

these wonder clips are great not only for quilting but i have a commercial sewing machine for upholstery when i saw these i knew it was just what i had been looking for it beats clothes pegs. also the smaller wonder clips are useful for holding piping. living in australia it is great to be able to buy from america thank you amazon.carol

Comparison of Jumbo Clips. I decided to buy some jumbo clips, and figured I would buy two varieties and compare them. They arrived today. I havent used them yet, but here are some thoughts. There is a price difference, (though we are not talking about the amount that would break the bank for a couple dozen clips). I bought a pack of Urbest (25 for $7.99), and a pack of Clover (24 for $11.72). They are the same size and shape. The Clover clips have seam allowance markings noted on the flat bottom(1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1). The Urbest has unnoted markings on the bottom, but only line up at the 1 mark. <side-note-I would probably never use any of those markings anyway>) The Clover ones have a bit more tensile strength when pinched, but I think that would only be an issue if they were used for holding a bunch of suspended weight. The plastic just felt a little more substantial in the Clover clips, so I weighed them to see if I was imagining it. The Urbest weighed in at 13 clips for 2 ounces, while the Clover weighed in at 11 clips for 2 ounces. Bottom line- Both are fine, Urbest came in more colors and was less money. If I had to give one set away, I would let go of the Urbest, but I am happy with both and will mix them together.

These clips were exactly what they described. I really find them useful.

Love this case! Seriously should be double the price for the quality!! I love all dual layer cases so that the back is soft and nice to grip but the bumper is a hard rubber that sticks up enough from the screen to properly protect. The color is even more beautiful in person (i got the blue) and the bumper is a metallic turquoise, so pretty!! I love the textured pattern on the back so it feels sturdy when holding and easy to grip. Overall, LOVE this case and the exceptional value. I got it as a cheap temporary case until I design one for myself (im an illustrator) but honestly I dont know if ill bother making a new case for a long while, i love this one.

When I was told not to cuff my wool socks together as it stretches the ankle/calf area, I checked, and sure enough, they had stretched! I bought these to hold my socks together on a recent long trip. They are perfect. It also helped to keep my six pairs of socks together and organized.i highly recommend these for sock storage and travel.
