Clubman Clubman Pinaud Styptic Pencil, 0.33 oz (Pack of 3)

My dad was a barber and he had this stuff handy. Anyone who shaves daily with a razor, will eventually have a nick or scrape. The pencil stops the bleeding immediately. I like that the pencils come in a three pack. They should travel well because each pencil is in its own plastic tube.

My husband is taking a blood thinner so any knick will bleed profusely. This has been our go-to for minor cuts from shaving or working around the house. Keep one in the bathroom, one in the garage and one in the car.

Had to buy the old standby Styptic Pencil after trying a liquid roll on style to stop the bleeding from shaving nicks. This 3 pack was good value, but probably only need one for the next 20 years. May use the other 2 as stocking stuffers!

Perfect fix of small shaving cuts !!

When I went on blood thinners a year ago, I struggled to stop the bleeding in minor cuts and scrapes. I’d use pressure and tissues and think it had stopped only to have to start over. I’d forgotten about the styptic pencils I’d used for years for shaving nicks. I ordered these and easy peasy. Wet the pointy end, rub it on the bleeding area andit stops. They do sting a bit, but so does pulling off the tissue that sticks in the cut that finally stopped bleeding after forever.

It works as described and is a good value.

The small styptic pencils are great for small shaving nicks / weepers, especially under the nose or around lips!
