> 3 dayMy guy has developed free fecal water syndrome, so poo-water tends to coat his back legs. The skin was getting very irritated despite daily washing. I started liberally applying this to his entire back legs and his butt, basically the whole “splash zone.” His skin is coping much better, and the powder helps keep the poo water from sticking as much and makes it easier to rinse off without as much scrubbing. He also has some spots of mud/sweet itch, but I haven’t been using the powder long enough to see if it helps with that. So far so good!

> 3 dayThe product works well but it seems that the price has gone way up or the amount has decreased. It’s too expensive for the amount you get.

> 3 dayBought this because my horse was having allergy issues. He had hives and then started rubbing his shoulder on anything he could get near. This powder dried everything up and healed his skin without baby scarring. His hair grew back quickly as well

Greater than one weekEasy to use, lovely to the touch and soothing to me and my poor horse who is allergic to flies! He gets hyperkeratosis after the allergic reaction to the fly bites, and this stuff is alleviating that issue and allowing new skin and hair to grow in underneath rapidly! We will never be without Coat Defense from now on! (My non-allergic Appaloosa loves it too!)

Greater than one weekNot really sure if this works or not. Do I apply this daily? Or just when they itch? Not easy to apply to places like the tail where I have to pour into my hand and then apply. One of my horses is black so this really shows up, my sorrel horse not as much. I will continue to use it with hopes that I will see evidence of reduced itching. But it does smell good.

> 3 dayI have a Chestnut Arabian Mare who is skin sensitive. This product is great for sweet itch, under saddle, around the ears, girth area, between the legs, etc. Anywhere theres going to be sweat, fungus, or bugs. In desperation to fight midges/sweet itch, this season I added water to some powder to make a liquid, dipped a wet towel in it and used it as a whole body wipe. It dries up and leaves a light amount of powder helping to keep midges away.

> 3 dayI got it to treat sweet itch on my horse but realized quickly there was not enough in the can for even one application to a horse. I switched to my dog who has had an allergy itch for years. A small 9 pound dog this must be great for him. As far as l could see he got no help for his problem. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY
