Product goes on dark. I would not have been disappointed if it had stayed that color, but it has lightened back up. I would buy again for sure.

I usually use Chelsea leather food for my shoes and other leather products and decided to give this a try for the dress shoes. Coverage is good (its liquidy), it absorbs well, and it shines up nicely. Id recommend it for those who want to easily restore a light shine with just a brush if you dont want to go for a wax shine. I havent tried it on a thirstier matte leather yet, but I wouldnt expect it to make those overly shiny.

Since buying this product Ive used it on just about ever pair of leather shoes I own. It does a great job of both protecting and making my shoes look great!

Item came in a cheap ziplock style baggie , it was open and leaked the contents all inside the baggie

Does what it claims to do. I liked the info before purchase that said it left a natural scent on the leather. That proved true in my case though it took several days to get that way. I used it on cowboy boots. I think it made the boots softer but less scuff resistant in the process.

Reviews say wont darken. I get it, you are oiling leather. However it darken my boots beyond the norm.

Put some of this on my Thorogood boots, it was exactly what I was looking for! Didn’t want a glossy shine but I wanted to get something that would condition the leather really well. That’s exactly what this stuff did. It softened the leather a little bit but not so much so that it was concerning.

Fantastic product! I used it on my Thursday Boot Company boots and Thursday racer jacket.

Used this on a pair of boots that have seen most of nature. They have climbed mountains, walked thru soggy wet grass, seen Floridas sugar sand pits and climbed up piles of horse manure. All of this without any conditioning in their 3+ years of abuse. With just one treatment, the shoes look better. The shoe in front is untreated and the back shoe is conditioned. Had a slight darkening effect for ~24 hours but returned to the original color.
