Tried this on my Saddleback leather wallet thinking it would condition and restore/ protect it. It turned the wallet dull, splotchy and uneven, took a lot of pigment out especially around the spine of the wallet.

Works well and its cheaper than other brands.

Used this on two pairs of boots. Took some of the color off of a brand new pie of brandy-colored smooth leather. Managed to not add any shine to the smooth leather, which is good. Refreshed my old pair of work steel toes.

I usually use Chelsea leather food for my shoes and other leather products and decided to give this a try for the dress shoes. Coverage is good (its liquidy), it absorbs well, and it shines up nicely. Id recommend it for those who want to easily restore a light shine with just a brush if you dont want to go for a wax shine. I havent tried it on a thirstier matte leather yet, but I wouldnt expect it to make those overly shiny.

Small for the price, but once you look at the ingredients you see why. Such high quality and a little goes a VERY long way.

This product does not work.

As shown (photos arent in order), I used it on a pair of cowboy style work boots. I have had these boots for 4+ years and given zero maintenance to them whatsoever. I decided to give thw leather a little love to extend the time until I must buy another pair of boots. The boots took nearly the entire smaller bottle worth of conditioner. Two months later after the leather absorbed and distributed the conditioner about it likely could use the remainder of the bottle to finish it up. The last photo is of the boot as of posting. The product isnt a miracle snake oil, but it sure does the job.

Put some of this on my Thorogood boots, it was exactly what I was looking for! Didn’t want a glossy shine but I wanted to get something that would condition the leather really well. That’s exactly what this stuff did. It softened the leather a little bit but not so much so that it was concerning.

Quality conditioner- It helped revive the dry and cracked leather on my shoes and purse. There was slight darkening in the beginning, but thats usual with any conditioner Ive used. The color returned to its original state after a couple uses. Overall highly recommend this product.
