I like the umbrella. It is just as described. Just a bit heavier than I thought. The day I got it, it starts to raining outside with wind. Very safe inside the umbrella. And the umbrella won’t be sinking water at all.

I hadnt written a full review of this product until now, but Ive been using this umbrella for several months and the customer service was so good that I wanted to recognize them! I absolutely love carrying this umbrella. The design reminds me of Japanese parasols, but much sturdier. I have gotten SO many compliments on this umbrella since I bought it, and I love how I can actually stay dry underneath it, even when it rains hard! The number of rods increases the weight a bit, but I havent found it to be overly cumbersome, and staying dry is worth the weight. Its very sturdy and the mechanism to open it is very smooth - I had an issue with the runner getting caught which was easily taken care of when I contacted the customer service. The customer service is incredible, super responsive and very helpful!

Solid, beautifully designed extraordinary and sturdy umbrella

My last English umbrella was bought while in England and I wanted another one. The English never fail in craftsmanship and everyone would borrow it. I needed another well made umbrella and I was greatly pleased as soon as I opened the package. Thank you! I would love it if you made an umbrella in a bright red or orange. I would surely purchase it.

Umbrella fell over in the house and the handle bumped a ceramic dog bowl and the wooden handle cracked. I dont know if its hollow, a veneer or just a random occlusion in the wood, but a cracked handle on a day old umbrella is frustrating.
