This is my second C&C London umbrella only my first one was stolen. Their products are superior and the brand is constantly improving and iterating their products i.e. moving from a velcro strap to a snap closure, eases on snagging on other fabrics and is also more secure. Improved wooden handle and engraving. open/close button. The above-average rib count is a nice aesthetic to it in addition to it helping withstand high wind. Customer service is stupendous. Highly recommend.

I do like the ribs, the fabric, and the stem & cap. All very good quality and sturdy. I do not like the wooden grip, as it seems to be a very low quality wood. If the grip was made with better wood, I’d say it was the perfect large umbrella.

It’s the sturdiest and obviously most durable umbrella I have ever owned or even seen. Has genuine quality feel to the hand. The price is best! It is easily $120 less costly than ones had admired in Seattle shops. Did I mention competent, friendly post-sale customer service? I am very happy with this umbrella and can’t wait for the next downpour.

I havent used the umbrella yet in the strong winds unfortunately so this might be an early review. I can say that there are more ribs than Ive ever seen on an umbrella and also the look is very classy! I am excited to try it out when the winds are strong because for me thats the most important thing about an umbrella! I love the look and feels of the strength from the ribs already though

There is nothing to dislike. The best umbrella come from the place with the worst weather, London! Dont leave home without it. I am impressed with the quality. I may have my name engraved on the Rolls Royce of umbrellas. Cheers

I hadnt written a full review of this product until now, but Ive been using this umbrella for several months and the customer service was so good that I wanted to recognize them! I absolutely love carrying this umbrella. The design reminds me of Japanese parasols, but much sturdier. I have gotten SO many compliments on this umbrella since I bought it, and I love how I can actually stay dry underneath it, even when it rains hard! The number of rods increases the weight a bit, but I havent found it to be overly cumbersome, and staying dry is worth the weight. Its very sturdy and the mechanism to open it is very smooth - I had an issue with the runner getting caught which was easily taken care of when I contacted the customer service. The customer service is incredible, super responsive and very helpful!
