I wish they have more holes for faster flow.

Love these nipple replacements! I use them on mason jars and love them! Really wish there was a slower flow then the 0-3 but just have to watch so they dont get too much!

I have found that slow flow comotomo nipples are consistently slow flow out of the box and the silicon does not break down from dishwashing or sterilizing, unlike some other brands. However, the milk comes out a bit fast in the last two ounces of any bottle. I think it is too fast in the last two ounces due to the design of the venting system: too much air gets in in the last two ounces so that causes more pressure within the bottle and leads to faster flow. I suspect this happens with every nipple speed, namely, it gets much faster in those last two ounces. To deal with the faster flow in the last ounces issue, I give my baby short drinks and then breaks often but my baby often gets frustrated not just being able to keep the nipple in her mouth and just stop sucking when she likes, esp when she wants to dose off while drinking. Has worked much better with my baby after the first month or so, when she does not want to practically sleep while drinking all the time. Suspect it will be just great once my baby drinks around 8 oz at a time because the larger bottles also flow too fast just in those last two ounces, so with drinking lots more per drinking session, there will be less time in that annoying too fast flow phase of the last two ounces.

We love these but 2/10 times they do leak, we hand wash everything so not sure why. After 2-3 months of use the preemie size nipple has started to flow a lot faster and makes baby choke. No other complaints besides that!

Great and easy to clean, I have been ordering replacement nipples for a little while now because my little one has a few teeth and is teething. I have never have an issue with the quality or shipping until today. I received an opened box with filthy smelly used nipples. Im giving them 4 stars because its the first time I have this issue and Amazon was quick to refund me the money and did not require me to send them back so I can just throw them away. Besides that, theyre great! And for the review(s) saying they break easy...THEY DONT BREAK! THEY WERE BITTEN!!! That is normal for any nipple for teething babies regardless of the brand. The pictures uploaded look the same as the previous nipples Ive had to throw away in less than 3 weeks. My son drinks from sippy cups but drinks out of bottles at night. We cannot blame the company for teething babies.

Would like to see them offer more than just three holes maybe like a four even five seems like he has to suck hard to get milk out Seems to get tired have to take a lot of breaks and then start sucking again

This was shipped as part of the newborn bundle I ordered. But this is not the same flow with the newborn bottle set shipped separately. The flow is too fast for my new born to use. I like comotomo products, but just to make sure parents aware.
