> 3 dayI have a breastfed son who has bottles Of pumped milk while I’m at work. We got the larger size bottles which come with nipples that are the next flow rate up so we needed this flow rate to use with them to start. I’m glad we did that because he quickly outgrew the size of the little ones. We’ve had zero issues with switching between these and nursing. They never leak and are so much easier/faster to clean than Dr. Browns type bottles. I just wish they were a little more affordable.

Greater than one weekAbsolutely fantastic!!!! I use these for Mason jars (cutting back on plastic), the best brand Ive ever used, the quality is unparallel to any brand Ive tried PLUS they fit the mason jar rings perfectly. My son is a year old and a biter and they are holding up so well. Im excited to get every size nipple and use this brand exclusively for my next kids when I need to bottle feed. Side note, Ive used the full bottle for this brand once, too, I really liked it as well!

> 3 dayThese are the best bottles! Baby loves the soft feel of the bottle. The wide neck makes them super easy to clean, limited parts to clean, the air vents mean she is never taking in air so she hasnt had problems with gas, before I excusively pumped she transitioned seamlessly from breast to bottle and back, the 5oz is the perfect size so far. We recently bumped up to the medium flow (4mo.old) from the slow flow.(newborn). The only con is I have spilled milk before trying to pour from a storage bag into the bottle because I accidentally touched the side of the bottle and its egg shaped so it rolled. Always a sad moment when milk is spilled. I feel like the pros all outweigh this though.

Greater than one weekWe started off with medela and Philips natural bottle. The medela was fine but I found the flow is a little too fast for my baby and the bottle has a small thread so it is hard to wash. The Philips is a hit or miss... Sometimes it will flow nicely without collapsing and other times it will collapse and leak. I followed the instructions to massage the membrane but that didnt help much. Then I switch to Como tomo and found the baby seems to eat better with this nipple. I didnt have any leak since we switched and I only had the nipple collapsed once, and I know it was happening cause I could feel the bottle was collapsing too. And the best part is my baby burp a lot easier with this nipple. I dont know why but before it was very hard to burp my baby, but after we started using Comotomo my baby always burp within a min or 2, sometimes she burp on her own just by sitting her up. This to me is an unexpected benefit and one that make me decide to keep using this nipple.

Greater than one weekI used these bottles/nipples with my first kid with no issues so I decided to go with the same for my second kid. For some reason, several of the slow flow nipples I bought recently get clogged. I was wondering why my baby would get super frustrated and fussy during feedings (and it seemed like she wasnt drinking much). I decided to check the flow one night, and nothing was coming out! I thought maybe I just got a defective batch, but this continues to happen with several of the nipples, not just one or two. Now, I constantly have to double check them during feedings. So disappointed! Secondly, the nipples collapse, as many have already mentioned. This has happened even with my first kid, which is annoying because you have to stop in the middle of the feeding to clean the vent while your baby is crying. This was not a deal breaker, but the clogging issue is.

> 3 dayMy daughter has been using the Comotomo bottles and nipples since birth and overall we are extremely pleased with them. Other reviewers give the variable flow nipples a poor review. The product itself works as described: variable flow. It takes getting used to and the little one has to learn that the harder they suck, the stronger the flow. I first tried these when she was 12 months to help speed up the bottle feeding time and it didn’t work for us. Now that she has been using a sippy cup, she adjusts accordingly. Unfortunately at 14 months, she still wants that last nighttime feeding in a bottle. This nipple works perfectly now since she’s older.

> 3 dayJust as good as original from the bottle. Had to buy this because we lost a bottle and top, but had an extra bottle without the top.

> 3 dayBuyer Beware! Paid full price and received a product that was obviously cut opened. The plastic and box were cut along the bottom so it was not immediately seen. I was sold a used item.
