Comotomo Silicone Replacement Nipple, Medium Flow, 3-6 Months, 2 Count

I have no idea its for my great niece its going to be born next month but a friend has them and said that she would love it.

I love this design for thicker fluids like cereal for my 7 month old daughter. It has a Y cut so thicker fluids come out much easier than a normal nipple however it is not so big that fluid will pour out on its own. Baby has to actually suck on the nipple for the fluid to come out which is great to avoid a mess. I tried the tommee tippee bottle for variable fluids which has a y shape actual hole rather than Y shaped cut. Tommee Tippee nipple hole is much larger and the cereal just pours out. She would make a mess every night before bed. So glad we found the comotomo Y cut nipple instead!

The nipples are perfect just what she needed. No leaking. Minimum gas ingested. Great quality. Love these bottles also just wish the bottles came in 10oz size. To be able to feed formula baby 8 oz bottles. The bottles need Space for increased volume when adding in formula. If they did I would buy more and bigger nipple sizes to grow with baby.

Very nice but the fluid comes to fast still however if making a thicker beverage for baby its perfect

I used these bottles/nipples with my first kid with no issues so I decided to go with the same for my second kid. For some reason, several of the slow flow nipples I bought recently get clogged. I was wondering why my baby would get super frustrated and fussy during feedings (and it seemed like she wasnt drinking much). I decided to check the flow one night, and nothing was coming out! I thought maybe I just got a defective batch, but this continues to happen with several of the nipples, not just one or two. Now, I constantly have to double check them during feedings. So disappointed! Secondly, the nipples collapse, as many have already mentioned. This has happened even with my first kid, which is annoying because you have to stop in the middle of the feeding to clean the vent while your baby is crying. This was not a deal breaker, but the clogging issue is.

I wish they have more holes for faster flow.

It’s always good to have replacement nipples for baby bottles. Comotomo is awesome! Durable and breastfeeding friendly!

Overall comotomo is amazing. Its the ONLY bottle my son will take because he mainly breastfeeds. My only complaint is that I wish the nipples had some sort of indication on what flow they are. None of them say wether they are slow, medium, or fast. You can figure it out by looking at how many holes the nipple has at the top but wish there was writing or a number on it.

I have been using the newborn nipples since I first purchased this Comotomo bottle when he was 3 month (which i love by the way). My son is now 6 months, so I figured Id step it up, maybe Im a bit late. He is exclusively breast fed and rarely uses a bottle, unless hes with Dad or the sitter. The nipple is quality and this one has 2 holes. He actually doesnt seem to like it, as he pulls away from the bottle quickly for a breather, I think hes just not used to the 2 holes and faster flow. He still prefers the newborn nipple size. No diss to this product, he just likes what he likes. But I do love this brand.
