Continental Conti Valve Extender (Pack of 2)

> 24 hourUsing to adapt through some deep wheels. I put a bit of teflon tape on the original threads where the adapter connects, and on the adapter threads where the valve core connects. Has been holding air for months just the same as the original valve.

> 24 hourIn addition to this extender I tried Bontrager and Origin 8 extenders and the Conti one is the best. It comes in lots of sizes, they don’t rattle, they are easy to use, solid and inexpensive. I just wish they came in black. End your search and just buy this.

> 24 hourAs long as you remember that these work only on tubes with removable cores, these are great. Try them out at home before you ride. Simply remove the valve core, screw these in, and put the valve core in the extender. Voila! They are well made and come with the mini, plastic valve core wrench. If you find a good deal on tubes with short stems with removable cores, these might come in handy, or if you have deep aero wheels that require an extension, these can help. Better to buy the right length stem to begin with.

> 24 hourThese work great and its nice they come in various sizes to get the perfect look as well as fit for the wheels. No excess air leaks, if it does leak, it is not noticeable, at least no more than brand new out of the box latex tubes. Product is quality and price was also fair.

> 24 hourExcellent quality. You have to unscrew the presta value off the tube then attach the valve extender. Just as easy to pump up the tires as it is with the regular presta valves. I accidentally ordered a size too big for the depth of my wheels but even so, the extenders still look great on the bike.

> 24 hourDont waste your money and give yourself aggravation using any valve extenders that dnt have this feature of actually moving the valve. The ones that just screw on to the end of your valve and rely on pressure to open the valve are a royal pain in the butt compared to these guys. Never had a failure with this brand or its harder to fine equivalent from Zipp. Multiple failures with other extenders that close the valve or dont seal wells etc. Get these and give yourself some peace of mind. (Youll need to buy tubes with a removable valve core, which cost a couple bucks more...but youre riding Zipps or some other expensive wheel if you need these, so quit complaining about a couple bucks for a decent tube!). :-)
