This bag is so much better than I anticipated. Its perfect for my 17 laptop and teaching supplies I have to tote to and from school with me. I was really impressed with the amount of padding to keep my laptop safe! I highly recommend this bag!

My husband uses this for work to cart around his laptop, books, papers, and many miscellaneous items. He uses it satchel style and has no complaints, loving the many compartments. My only issue is that it isnt as structured as I would have liked. It kind of sags and looks less professional than I was hoping, but it doesnt seem to bother him. He is extremely rough on things and has had this thing for about 6 months without any wear and tear, so Id say durability seems promising.

Oh god this bag is amazing. It can fit laptop, bunch of notebooks, snack, bottle of water, sneackers and clothes for the next day (and you can fit more if you really want). Pros: -Design. it looks very stylish -Usability. Wanna go out with a fancy bag? Here you go. Wanna allfit backpack? Its right here. Many additional pockets (some of them are on straps some are on zippers) -Item managment. Oh boe those pockets are so good I am gonna mention them twice -Comfort. Straps for bag and backpack are very well positioned (although its not so easy to walk with really full bag (but its okey with a backpack)) -Laptop protection. Cons: (Even with them i will definetely buy this one again when mine will break) -Very poorly made and designed zippers on the outside. On the inside it features nice to touch rigid metal ones but on the outside they are leather cutted. Edge of the leather is very poorly machined. They look and feel ugly. I suggest replacing them. -Narrow backpack straps. Due to narrowness of the bag itself manufacturer was forced to place them close together. So if you are not so slender those straps can rub your sides (where the straps are attached to the bottom). It is no problem with jacket on but with only t-shirt on you it can be annoying. I was pleasantly surprised when I received this. The product looked nice and felt nice with no unpleasant odors from being a new product. However, after attending a conference where I used it every day, I am less pleased. The stitching started to come undone in the two over the shoulder strap sections. I had my 17-inch computer in my bag for three of the five days and two small binders in it the other days. The bag was not overstuffed but still didnt hold. As the price was not much it is okay and the backpack straps and handle straps held up, however, I was more interested in using it as an over the shoulder bag. Update: So I have changed my overall rating because the customer service more than makes up for the issue I had with the bag. While I do think the durability is not great for the shoulder strap the handle and backpack straps were fine. Their customer service reached out to me and offered a refund, which was more than I was ever expecting and I shows great faith in their customers and product. It might have been that I got a bad bag, who knows, but I think when you have a business that is willing to reach out an make right a problem that more accounts for so much more.

I was looking for a casual bag for my laptop that could allow me to store everything I need. This not only fits my laptop, charging cables, but my gaming mouse and headphones. I usually use it in the backpack style because it feels comfortable, but have converted it to the briefcase style to take into meetings as well. The material feels great and doesnt look cheap.

Had a difficult time finding a stylish bag that would hold my HP Z-book 17.3 - this works AMAZING! Also like how much room there is for everything else needed for traveling between the office and home.

As a businesswoman, I always strive to look my professional best. After an extensive search for a smart-looking Messenger Bag that would fit my laptop, I was very impressed with, and purchased, your CoolBELL Messenger Bag, from Amazon.com. However, this good feeling has quickly turned to disappointment with the bag and the CoolBELL brand because in just a few months of being used sparingly, the bag has become unusable - one of the straps is virtually unstitched from the body of the bag. I believe the defect existed when the bag left the factory because (1) the strap should not have unstitched at all, because I have only used the bag infrequently and do not put much into it when I do use it, and (2) the unstitched area is under a fold in the bag, so that it was not easily visible when it left the factory and when I received it. The bag is unusable without the strap. Because this problem is a factory quality control and workmanship issue, I would appreciate if you would send me a replacement bag. I will be happy to return the defective bag if you send me a postage pre-paid return mailing label.
