> 3 dayBigger than I thought which is good. I thought the bag I was using was big. There is so many pockets. Even the pocket to store the shoulder straps can hold something like a towel, scarf, extra shirt, whatever. Only time can tell if this thing is cheap though.

> 3 dayI usually only write a review if I am prodded into doing so by repeated annoying emails, and even then only if I really like the product. For this briefcase, I searched my orders to find it so I could write one. That is how much I like this briefcase. I bought it October 2019 and have been using it for commuting, car travelling, and airline travel ever since. I like the look, the durability, the laptop protection, the zipper strength, and the ease of cleaning. I have never been so organized. The interior storage system, the placement of pockets and the ease of opening and closing each compartment really makes this case useful. I especially like the multiple options for carrying depending on the situation - shoulder strap, hand handles, and back pack straps. All non-used handles can be stored out of sight which makes for a sharp look. The outer pockets with hidden zippers make going through airport security so simple with ID and phone being readily available yet safely stowed. I have plenty of room to keep my laptop, ipad, phone, charging bank, cords, paperwork, and pretty much everything I need to keep a mobile office inside. I highly recommend this briefcase and might just get another one to store away in case this one ever does wear out.

> 3 dayAwesome bag! Everything has a place inside and easy to find. Loooooove the ability to wear it as a backpack without any extra steps.

> 3 dayGreat quality materials. The only issue is that the messenger bag straps are incredibly difficult to attach and remove due to the company using too small a clip. The clip opening is just about exactly the same size as the metal loop that needs to slide through it. It takes all my might to force it through and makes converting the bag from backpack to messenger and vice versa a pain, and potentially an embarrassment. (I could see myself whacking someone or spilling something after a meeting as a result of all the effort it takes.) Another reviewer has included a picture showing the issue.

> 3 dayA friend of mine had a convertible bag similar to this one while we traveled last year, I was impressed with how easy it was for her to change it, without feeling your shoulders were going to fall off with a big bag. This bag is very well made, has heavy duty zippers and padded straps. The backpack to messanger bag to briefcase is easy to do, and it looks nice. I am very excited with my new purchase.

> 3 dayVery happy with this purchase. It has a very professional look and can be used for business or pleasure. I manly use it to carry my laptop and paperwork but Ive also used it as a carryon with no problems and it was completely full. Many compartments and very easy to change from backpack to side back or handbag. Very durable.

> 3 dayIve had this bag for just over 14 months now and use it on my daily bike commute to work. Pluses - it has great storage and compartments, with deceptive amounts of room for items such as a laptop, clothes and a bunch of smaller pouches for just about anything. The design is great. So whats not to like? Well, I use it more like a backpack (rather than the optional shoulder bag) and it just hasnt held up. Ive had one strap repaired once by a local repair place and the strap is starting to come apart at the seams again. Could I be overloading? Perhaps. But for a bag to get high ratings, its gotta do the miles and hold up better than this. For anyone who commutes to work by train, bus or car, or travels by plane often, it truly is a versatile bag that may be perfect. It just hasnt held up for me.

Greater than one weekBought this bag and have been very pleased with it so far. It has plenty of room for everything I want to carry. What sets this bag apart for me is how easy it is to convert from backpack to shoulder. When I had a minor issue with the bag, customer service responded immediately and corrected the problem. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and would buy again no questions asked.

> 3 dayI was pleasantly surprised when I received this. The product looked nice and felt nice with no unpleasant odors from being a new product. However, after attending a conference where I used it every day, I am less pleased. The stitching started to come undone in the two over the shoulder strap sections. I had my 17-inch computer in my bag for three of the five days and two small binders in it the other days. The bag was not overstuffed but still didnt hold. As the price was not much it is okay and the backpack straps and handle straps held up, however, I was more interested in using it as an over the shoulder bag. Update: So I have changed my overall rating because the customer service more than makes up for the issue I had with the bag. While I do think the durability is not great for the shoulder strap the handle and backpack straps were fine. Their customer service reached out to me and offered a refund, which was more than I was ever expecting and I shows great faith in their customers and product. It might have been that I got a bad bag, who knows, but I think when you have a business that is willing to reach out an make right a problem that more accounts for so much more.
