I was looking for a laptop bag for work that I can travel with on a plane. I wanted something light yet durable, professional looking yet comfortable. This bag has it all! It has so many pockets and compartments - there is really room for everything. It converts into a backpack so I can be comfy in the airport, but then I can put the straps away and carry it like a messenger bag on one shoulder when I arrive at the office. I’m really happy with it!

As a businesswoman, I always strive to look my professional best. After an extensive search for a smart-looking Messenger Bag that would fit my laptop, I was very impressed with, and purchased, your CoolBELL Messenger Bag, from Amazon.com. However, this good feeling has quickly turned to disappointment with the bag and the CoolBELL brand because in just a few months of being used sparingly, the bag has become unusable - one of the straps is virtually unstitched from the body of the bag. I believe the defect existed when the bag left the factory because (1) the strap should not have unstitched at all, because I have only used the bag infrequently and do not put much into it when I do use it, and (2) the unstitched area is under a fold in the bag, so that it was not easily visible when it left the factory and when I received it. The bag is unusable without the strap. Because this problem is a factory quality control and workmanship issue, I would appreciate if you would send me a replacement bag. I will be happy to return the defective bag if you send me a postage pre-paid return mailing label. Got this to go with my 13 laptop. Its a little roomy and could fit a 15 easily. But the versatility of this backpack is awesome. Already Ive taken a few flights with it and it just slides over the handle of my carry on. Having multiple options for carrying is fantastic and Ive already had lots of people ask where I got it. I couldnt be more pleased.

I bought this for my boyfriend who uses weird things to carry around stuff. Like a shoe box, a big plastic tote; a cardboard box... like instead of using a backpack he uses awkward stuff. He seems to like the versatility. And it’s pretty sturdy. The quality is decent for the price. I might get one for myself

I actually bought 2 of these. I love that you can dismantle so to speak the backpack attachments. It fits a 17inch laptop with no problems.

Really well thought out design and pockets. Time will tell on durability. Also the sleeve that goes over your roller handle may be a little too big or something... I dunno... it swings around my roller handle a good bit. Maybe thats just a personal problem. But overall its a much better personal item than any other bag Ive had and I just hope it holds up.

I really like this convertible -- it can be carried as a backpack, or as a small briefcase. The 15.6 size option is perfect for my 15 macbook pro. Its not too big a bag, yet it has tons of zippered and velcro pockets! This makes organizing much easier than a regular backpack that just has a couple of large pockets to hold all your junk. Also, I prefer the squared-off shape of this bag better than a teardrop-shaped backpack. I ended up with a very dark grey canvas version, which I like. There are other options, some which have nylon straps and cover material instead of canvas.

Best laptop bag I’ve ever owned! Unlike other brands, handles or back straps can be hidden depending on how you utilize the bag and there’s padding to protect your laptop! There’s so many great things about this bag you’ve got to own a few bad ones to know that this one beats all brands! Love it!!!
