I was looking for a casual bag for my laptop that could allow me to store everything I need. This not only fits my laptop, charging cables, but my gaming mouse and headphones. I usually use it in the backpack style because it feels comfortable, but have converted it to the briefcase style to take into meetings as well. The material feels great and doesnt look cheap.

As a businesswoman, I always strive to look my professional best. After an extensive search for a smart-looking Messenger Bag that would fit my laptop, I was very impressed with, and purchased, your CoolBELL Messenger Bag, from Amazon.com. However, this good feeling has quickly turned to disappointment with the bag and the CoolBELL brand because in just a few months of being used sparingly, the bag has become unusable - one of the straps is virtually unstitched from the body of the bag. I believe the defect existed when the bag left the factory because (1) the strap should not have unstitched at all, because I have only used the bag infrequently and do not put much into it when I do use it, and (2) the unstitched area is under a fold in the bag, so that it was not easily visible when it left the factory and when I received it. The bag is unusable without the strap. Because this problem is a factory quality control and workmanship issue, I would appreciate if you would send me a replacement bag. I will be happy to return the defective bag if you send me a postage pre-paid return mailing label. I actually bought 2 of these. I love that you can dismantle so to speak the backpack attachments. It fits a 17inch laptop with no problems.

I LOVE this bag. I am constantly on the move with a ton of items and this bag handles it all. It is also very tough and the variety of carrying options makes sure you are carrying safely no matter the weight.

I was looking for a compact bag that I wouldnt be embarrassed to bring to an interview and still be fashionable enough to take to school. This bag/backpack satisfy that requirement perfectly. It is very well thought through with all of its little pockets and organization options. I have it for over a month and use it daily and it is holding up quite nicely. If this puppy lasts then this will be the best laptop bag purchase I have done so far.

I bought this bag for my fiancé to use daily for traveling to and from work. He likes the size, the flexibility to have as a backpack or messenger bag, and the durability. He’s pretty rough with the bag sometimes and it has held up great.

Amazing bag! I love how there is a lot of room to put things in. There is a spot for the laptop with a foam (maybe for cooling; wasn’t paying too close attention to instructions) that is secure while leaving room for paper and other things. Straps are comfortable and have lots of cushion. Best purchase!

Really well thought out design and pockets. Time will tell on durability. Also the sleeve that goes over your roller handle may be a little too big or something... I dunno... it swings around my roller handle a good bit. Maybe thats just a personal problem. But overall its a much better personal item than any other bag Ive had and I just hope it holds up.

I brought this bag because I like how it can convert from a carry bag to a backpack. When I bike ride to work I use the backpack feature which makes it much easier for my commute on the bike. I can fit my laptop accessories lunch and everything I need for my workday. My only issue is the shoulder strap wont stay in place. Maybe its the way I adjusting the strap but when I start walking, it wont stay the length that I adjusted it too.
