Im really disappointed about my orders, after searching and reading many reviews, I went on to orders from coolife luggage set but to surprise the 28 came with some scratches on them both front and back. I will try to insert pics

Light weight, good price

I will be reviewing this once I actually travel but my first thought when I saw the package was that it looked small. A 28’’ bag could not be inside. Once I opened it the box got even smaller. Had to measure the biggest one and yeap, not a 28’’ bag. More like a 26’’. The medium one looks like a bigger carry on. Was disappointed on this as I travel a lot a need my big suit cases. I have others 28’’ to compare these with. Not sure if I will return or keep at the moment. I need them but I was under the impression that these were bigger than they really are. Great prize tho! To good to be true I guess.

We replaced an old set of luggage with this. Liked the way it looked and handles well, almost too well. The wheels are very smooth and a couple of times the luggage almost got away from me. Lots of room, the 3 different sizes are great. The price was good for a 3 piece set. Overall Im happy with our purchase/

Pros: Seems Lighter than others we had looked at (until you pack it holds - a lot and easy to go over weight limit), 28 Bag is right at Southwest Max Limit (same company and others similar ones on Amazon had other that were just over and if this bag is expanded it is close), didnt have to expand to fit everything, TSA lock - easy to set to your own combo, Color is bright and shiny just like the picture. Cons: When empty seem real flexible like they need more frame support, IF all the bags expanded would of been a nice bonus feature, after airline handling finish isnt as nice, Wheels dont like grooved or raised surfaces but will go over them if pulled instead of rolling. Handles on the 24 & 20 in bags sometimes doesnt fully lock on 1 side of the handle. OVERALL- We purchased these bags for Airline travel which we normally do not do. After watching planes be loaded and seeing some of the reviews I was nervous that when the 28 & 24 bags came around the claim area one or both would be busted open-NOPE all good just some minor surface scratches. How long they will last; Well my opinion is - depends on if we fly a lot more where the bags get thrown during loading . unloading and tossing on baggage carousal would hope for at least 5 years. For car travel unlimited. Pleased with product so far will update if any thing goes breaks on next trip(s).

I purchased this luggage set for myself and my wife prior to a two week trip to Italy. I usually use soft sided luggage, but they just dont hold up well to airline handling. I have to say this hard sided luggage came through 4 flights, and 6 hotel changes perfectly. There is a surprisingly large amount of room in the 28inch suitcase. I was able to get 2 weeks worth of clothes no problem. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this set for a trip, and, as I was heading out to the car to leave, I tried to pop the handle out on the middle size, and it would not budge. It appears that the button is either stuck, or something else is broken in the mechanism, but I couldnt get it open no matter how hard I tried. (keep in mind that this is the first time I used anything from the set. So, I checked the large one, and it would open, so I had to quickly move all my luggage over and then rush out since I had lost some time dealing with it. Overall, the luggage seems nice. The features are exactly what I expected, and it looks really nice. However, if a handle breaks before I even have a chance to use it, it does not give me confidence about the longevity of the luggage, especially with only a 2-year warranty. I am going to return it and get a higher quality brand for the piece of mind. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Held up on a trip to Aruba

My first time purchasing luggage that isnt soft sided. I knew I would have to give up the outside zippered pouches which I wasnt sure would work for me. But decided to try it. I love that every piece is very lightweight and the rollers are great. Only used them once so far so cant comment on airline abuse but so far so good. I really like the new locks on each piece. Seems durable and easy to use. Looking forward to my next trip via airlines and will know more then.
