Wonderful to use... the 4 wheels on luggage is the ONLY way to go... We bought two sets... first time out we took them to Italy... so happy with the product.So I finally had a chance to break this luggage set in for a trip out of the country. I only needed the larger case in this instance which gave me so much space that I think I packed extra stuff just because I could. The rollers made moving around incredibly easy and almost effortless.Wonderfull craftsmanship, very well designed,provides all sorts of pockets for organizing your wardrobe,plus excellent securing straps and zippered separators to keep garments unwrinkled. Its truly a luxury case.provides separate shoe bags,and used lingerie pouch. All in very good quality fabric well sewn and expensive zippers that glide and hold without pulling stitches of fabric or twisting teeth of zipper. Definitely a high quality product, strong easy wheels, and amazingly resilient finish on outer case, no scratches after traveling all over Europe and changing 6 airlines. So far I have used this for a trip through Ireland. It survived 6 flights, 2 train rides, cobble stone roads, and many taxis. It is not dirty or worn in the slightest. Fits perfectly in the overhead compartment. This luggage is great!. I wanted a carry-on that I could use for business and personal travel that would hold the things I need and be durable and mobile. I recently took a trip to Japan and had a suit, shoes, shirts, dress slacks underwear and tie packed. Youve got to know how to fold those things but everything fit and I love the bag. Were going to buy the next size up for our vacation trips. High quality and stylish!

UPDATE (11/3/22) - The customer service contacted me and offered a replacement suitcase for the damaged one therefore I am updating their review to 5 stars. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We bought a set of 3, the largest piece went out of shape in 1st flight. They are light weight and I think the material could not withstand the way baggage is handled at the airport. I wrote to their customer service as this is still within warranty and their response was $20 for the inconvenience. When I asked them to either repair or replace this piece they raised their offer to $30. Michael is the name of the person sending emails. Today I read another review where customer services responses matched to what I received so I guess they have a template to reply their customer this way only. Again, poor product and poor customer service. Spend this money on a better brand, you may get 2 pieces instead of 3 but they will last long.

Everything about them is good. Love how inside mesh compartment sips close so all stays organized...

Ive been waiting several months before I write a product review and this is intentional. Its good to see if the product is going to hold up for a while. I have been on several trips with this luggage set so far and no complaints. It is durable and I have a habit of mistreating my luggage. Ive had this set almost a year and so far standing the test of time with much wear and tear.

Like a few other reviewers I had a wheel break after only using it 5-6 times (probably less) in the three years that Ive owned it. It appears the the manufacturer makes the wheels, but does not sell them for replacement parts. I would not buy this product again.

Ease in maneuvering through congested areas in airport with the carry on size luggage and even though compact; it had room for 4 days clothing. Light to lift and stow in overhead compartment as well.

We were so excited to gift this luggage to our oldest son who was off to study in Rome for a semester. Sadly, as he wheeled the large suitcase out to the car to head to the airport, one wheel broke right off. This created a stress that he did not need as he prepared to fly to a new country by himself. He had not even had a chance to truly use the luggage and it was already damaged. We were crushed for him and so disappointed in the quality of the product.

I got these to try a hardside luggage for the first time. I received them and they are nice quality. Nothing too fancy but nice for the price. They all have a zip divider that can be left open if you want a larger open space. They roll very well and the function of the handles is smooth. I was concerned about the weight of hardside bags but they dont feel heavy. I weighed all three to confirm the actual weight. I cant comment on the longevity yet because I havent had them long enough but I will try to give an update. At this point I recommend them especially for price.
