This three piece set is great for family vacations. The quality is good considering the cost of the set. Purchased on prime day and was worth the try. Took it on one trip and so far no issues. The set handled the trip nicely.

Used these for a cruise and was not disappointed at all!! These glide very smoothly with hardly any effort. They stack neatly into one another when empty for easy storage. Very well made and sturdy. They look really nice as well!

UPDATE (11/3/22) - The customer service contacted me and offered a replacement suitcase for the damaged one therefore I am updating their review to 5 stars. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We bought a set of 3, the largest piece went out of shape in 1st flight. They are light weight and I think the material could not withstand the way baggage is handled at the airport. I wrote to their customer service as this is still within warranty and their response was $20 for the inconvenience. When I asked them to either repair or replace this piece they raised their offer to $30. Michael is the name of the person sending emails. Today I read another review where customer services responses matched to what I received so I guess they have a template to reply their customer this way only. Again, poor product and poor customer service. Spend this money on a better brand, you may get 2 pieces instead of 3 but they will last long.

Purchased three sets, each of three sizes, (nine pieces total) in early 2019. Last week was the first time used Coolife blue set and the top of the large case split about 1.5-2 in the area of the extendable handle. Case was only carrying about 40 pounds of clothes. Now I see that we are past the time to return the defective luggage. I use one of the other sets for extensive business travel and Im now thinking this was a bad $450 decision. Luggage rolls well but a first time use split of the case is not a good indication of durability. More critically is the return policy. Apparently, after 30 days it is your problem. UPDATE - The company contacted me within 24 hours and showed real concern for the problem - and they replaced the case that developed the crack. This year, we have purchased three sets of the luggage - each with three pieces - and all other cases have held up very well. Very happy with the company and the resolution.

The luggage arrived on time (within two days of order date). It appears to be well made. I haven’t used it yet. However, I’ll be using it soon and will follow up at that time.

I looked at so many different luggage sets before making a purchase. I thought this was a more solid material than it is. The luggage looks nice. However on my flight from Tampa to Las Vegas on the layover in Austin it rained while our luggage was outside in the luggage carts while we waited for our delayed plane to arrive. When I finally got to my destination all of my clothes was wet. I wish I would have purchased my luggage set in person. I didn’t realize this wasn’t what I was looking for. Unfortunately since I waited so long to finally make a purchase it was too late to return.

First leg of my trip, and there’s a hole in my suitcase. Not really sure what happened, but really frustrating for my first use. Otherwise, great luggage.

Hello, I used all the 3 suitcases during my recent international trip. These were light weight, easy to maneuver and withstood the brunt of 7 different airlines and were handled 14 times at airports (Loading & Unloading). I would have given 5 stars, because of a partial break of 28 inches wheel, rating it as 4 overall. But the best part is the seller was able to fix the problem very quickly to my satisfaction. I don’t like the lock place on the side that’s hard to lock & unlock by the buttons. It took a few tries before it is done. The combination numbers is hard to read due to the small size & need a flashlight or magnifying glass to see it especially at night or dark areas.
