I like that I traveled internationally four times and the luggage is durable Only dislike is the carry on dont have much room unless your a light traveler. I will purchase again.

Overall I was really happy when receiving this luggage set. Everything looked great until my first flight with them. After just one flight wheels on both luggage were destroyed. Never happened with my more expensive brand of spinners. The liner on the inside of the bag is sewn directly to the bag so theres no way to see if these wheels can be replaced. I will contact Coollife to see if these wheels can be replaced and update the review. If not I would suggest looking elsewhere for a bag that does have the option to replace the wheels otherwise youre stuck with a useless bag when they inevitably break. The luggage looks good and I was happy until 3 years after purchase (we dont travel that much) a wheel broke. Emailed Coolife and they said it was out of warranty. I told them that I just wanted to buy a new wheel from them. I was told they dont sell parts. Asked where to buy and who made the wheels. Told they make the wheels. I have tried many other replacement wheels but they dont fit. You would think they could have found me a wheel. Very disappointed. Would not buy again.

The wheels on these are absolutely horrendous!!!! I used the large suitcase TWICE and the wheel on one half broke off so I could no longer move it. Then I used the 24” ONCE and the entire wheel was broken off when I picked it up in baggage claim on my way to my destination!!! I absolutely would NOT recommend these suit cases for that reason. I loved the durability of these suitcases along with the locks on the side. Those were very easy to use. While using these suit cases I did not notice any major wear or tear on the BODY of the suitcase, even though I was only able to use them a couple of times lol if they had better wheels that were more durable like the body then I would possibly reconsider. Update: the company has been very great with customer service and has been very diligent in rectifying my concerns!!! 4 stars for customer service.

So far it’s been great to travel with my suitcases. Great to spot on the belt.

They are rugged and yet beautiful. The wheels and zipper are very easy to maneuver. The outside shell is hard and beautifully colored and shiny. The interior has lots of pockets for storage of smaller things. I really like them and would definitely buy them again

The suitcases were packaged very well and I havent had any problems with them and I travel frequently. Just what needed.

I have had zero issues with these and used them when moving twice for far. Nothing has been damaged or broken during the move. Wheels have stayed in tact even during shifting on a 8 hour drive. I believe one might have a small scratch but like for the price I don’t care. If I had paid twice as much money I would care about the scratch. I generally do carry on for planes so I can’t say how they will hold up if someone is chucking it under a plan cause they do chuck them

Love this luggage set. Rolled all 3 pieces through the airport by myself and they were fully loaded with my belongings!
