> 24 hourWe were so sad and surprised when Johnson & Johnson stopped making their first aid cream. Nothing has ever been capable of healing like that stuff! Not sure why they would ditch it to focus on Neosporin. At any rate, we wondered if this might be the same thing, and yes, it is exactly the same as Johnson & Johnson - heals the same. Better buy a whole bunch of it, since there seems to be a movement out there to do away with anything that actually works. 0_o

> 24 hourWhile this is not J&J Antiseptic Cream it is pretty good stuff. Smells a bit, but that didnt bother me much. It works pretty well. Since there is no more J&J I would recommend it.

> 24 hourThis is a great replacement for J&J First Aid Cream. Really missed the stuff, but this is just as good.

> 24 hourI probably shouldnt give it five stars, because its not exactly the same as J&J First Aid Creme - which like everybody else I relied on for decades. However its pretty close. Closer than anything else Ive been able to find.

> 24 hourHow I wish Johnson and Johnson (NOT the maker of this product) would start manufacturing their old First Aid Cream product. But this is the closest Ive come, of all the dozens Ive tried.

> 24 hourThis is the only ointment I use. It is not greasy and does not smell. I believe it replaced Johnsons 1st aid cream. I use it on burns and small infected area. It always eases the pain immediately and helps the healing.

> 24 hourWhen they discontinued Johnsons First Aid cream we about panicked at our house. Now thanks to other Amazon readers/purchasers, I tried this and am quite pleased. Thanks for posting great reviews Amazon!

> 24 hourA blast from the past, First Aid creme is out of fashion but its fine for irritated skin or minor cuts. You dont always need antibiotics and should only use when necessary.
