> 24 hourEver since Johnson and Johnson stopped making their first aid cream (we call it magic cream because it was so effective!), our family has been looking for a similar product. We have tried several with disappointing results. This product is very similar and works almost as well as the original. Whereas the J&J first aid cream healed minor cuts and burns in one or two days, it might take an extra day or two with this.

> 24 hourThis (or something very similar) used to be made by Johnson & Johnson for Red Cross brand, cant find it anywhere anymore... and so theres Amazon. Fills an otherwise unfillable space in my medicine cabinet for when I dont want ointment for a cut or skin abrasion.

> 24 hourI LOVED J & Js First Aid Cream. Alas, they no longer produce it. This cream is the closest to it that I could find, after much local and online searching. What was better about the J & J cream was that it had NO odor at all and it was even more soothing and healing than this cream. I tried to contact J & J to ask that they produce their cream again, but couldnt get through the layers of bureaucracy to even express my request.

> 24 hourSince Johnson & Johnson discontinued theirs years ago, this was the closest product I was able to find. It works!

> 24 hourThis product is NOT the same as the Johnson&Johnson product of the same name. J&J does not, unfortunately, make it any more. I was a user of the J&J product for 30 years or more and have found nothing as effective for healing as J&Js. This product does not have all the same ingredients and is not as effective. Looking at the reviews, apparently the majority say it works for them, maybe it will for you. However, I want to make it clear that this is NOT J&J, nor does it have the same ingredients.

> 24 hourVery pleased that this is a comparable replacement for the original J&J First Aid Cream that was discontinued back in 2008. I actually still had an empty tube of the original product I had saved to compare ingredients if I ever found a substitute product, and the ingredients are mostly the same with just a few variances. The best news is that the consistency, look, smell, and performance is the same as the original, and its still soothing/cooling and heals minor wounds much faster than other products having different formulas. It works great for facial blemishes too. I consider it a must-have in my medicine cabinet, so am hoping this new company continues to manufacture it.

> 24 hourWe were so sad and surprised when Johnson & Johnson stopped making their first aid cream. Nothing has ever been capable of healing like that stuff! Not sure why they would ditch it to focus on Neosporin. At any rate, we wondered if this might be the same thing, and yes, it is exactly the same as Johnson & Johnson - heals the same. Better buy a whole bunch of it, since there seems to be a movement out there to do away with anything that actually works. 0_o

> 24 hourThis is the best replacement for J&Js cream. It works just as fast and helps healing. I was so glad to find this product because my husband uses it on the cracked skin on his fingers in the winter. Until now the only thing that helped him was J&J first aid cream, No more, this cream works as well or better. Great product

> 24 hourbut it will have to do, since Johnson & Johnson First Aid is no longer available. This is slight more greasy and I have yet to use it for anything more than a very minor rash.

> 24 hourMy husband has been hording the discontinued Johnson & Johnson cream for years. It was discontinued several years ago, so he stocked up. But then we finally hit our last tube, and the search for a replacement began. I saw comments from other J&J customers that this product was similar. They are right and we are really happy with it. Ambixs product is creamy and works just a well as the old J&J cream. I just hope they keep making it.
