Copic Ciao, Alcohol-based markers, 72 color Set A

I absolutely love these markers! The set came in 2 days as promised, and everything was brand new. I wouldnt recommend them for a beginner artist as the price point is a bit steep, however these are amazing for anyone who has been drawing for quite a long time and wants some nice quality supplies. The great thing about them is that they can be refilled, so a lot of money can be saved from that over time. Overall, great product!

So I don’t think they are worth the money, but I’m a guy and have no use for them. My wife on the other hand thinks they are fantastic and since I bought them for her, I guess her opinion is really all that matters here. They seem to be quality markers, but if it’s not a tool I can put in my toolbox it’s hard to impress me. Wife certainly thinks they are worth the money.

Took quite a while to get these things but I do like the brush tip. Colors are great. Two things I dont like: 1) I would prefer a fine tip on the other end instead of the wedge tip, 2) when I used one of the pens, it just started flowing and wouldnt stop, ruined a drawing. I left it inverted for a couple of days and tried it on a scrap, seems to work ok now. So now I invert the pens every couple of days just in case. Still havent used all of the colors so dont know if any others will have the same problem.

I love these! I purchased the Ciao set by mistake, and Im a newbie, so it took me a couple of days to get used to the broader point. Now I like Ciao so well that I bought the same thing when I ordered Set B. The colors are beautiful, and I love the color coding that makes it really easy to match and blend. A bit of an investment, but the joy Copic has given me since my purchase is well worth every penny!

Any fewer and I think you wouldnt have enough to blend properly unless you got one of the 5-packs specifically for blending (but then you wouldnt have enough for, say, a portrait).

Beautiful markers: all the markers work and the container was still covered in the original plastic wrap when I received it. Arrived at the date estimated.

Very high quality markers. The colour shows a bit on the other side of the paper if its not very thick but they dont bleed and they blend well. The colour selection is good if this is the first set you want to buy.

Absolutely love these markers! Came quickly, nothing bad to say except the plastic box they came in was broken on 2 corners but was probably due ro rough shipping which is a shame. But overall pleased.
