Great Product. Much better than the window screen type of kitchen sink basket strainers.

This is my opinion is not only the most attractive drain cover but the most practical as well.

I had ordered a packet of about 15 but they were out - so got this and had no idea what an improvement these steel strainers are. Easy to clean (the wire ones are a challenge) - I am happy with these and glad I ordered 2. I now have 4 and dont expect Ill need more. From now on, if I do need strainers, this will be my go-to.

Catches kitchen waist and empties into the trash with ease. Easy to keep clean.

Hubby and I both are very happy with this product. Does a great job keeping food from falling in the sink where we have no disposal. Happy to know that I wont have clogged drains by my own fault.

I ve been using strainers that sometimes dont fit my sink snuggly and scraps sneak under the strainer and end up in the pipe or are made with flimsy mesh that trap scraps but are difficult to clean or fall apart. This product is sturdy stainless steel, fits my sink perfectly , its easy to remove and easy to clean. It does not have an option to close so you can fill up the sink with water though - but thats a feature Ive never used in kitchen sink as I dont soak anythink in my kitchen sink , but if you do, then youll need to consider that this product does not allow you to do that.

Sturdier than wire mesh but doesnt drain as well. The cohesion of the water surface retains some amount from draining. I somewhat enlarged 4 center holes and while in the sink indented down that area with a rounded wooden dowel from the end of a broom. Drains completely now. I dont yet know if I had to drill or not. If just water is no big deal to you and otherwise kept clean, then add a star and you are good to go!
