> 3 dayMy buddy asked me to why i choose a fully modular PSU if my case has a shroud. I told him, i get a lot for its price so why not. Getting to the point, this PSU is beefy and well built. Id suggest getting this so that youll still have wiggle room in the future if you wanna upgrade. The fan doesnt even turn on if youre not hitting the threshold.

06-06-2025The power supply was dead on arrival. I used the same AX850 for almost 8 years before it gave out. This RM that I ordered lasted 0 days. Returning asap.

> 3 dayI have built many PCs over the last 20+ years. Currently I have 4 in my home office. People tell me I am lucky because I have never received a bad part on a single pc over the years. Well this is a first. It shipped fast, everything was in the package. Package was new, not damaged in any way. Built the new PC hooked everything up and...... nothing. No power no nothing. So since I have never had a bad part I was sure I hooked something up wrong. After 2 hours of pulling everything apart checking every connection still no power. So I ripped my Sexy Best 2080 TI Rzyen 7 (She was my previous gaming PC now my streaming PC) took her apart and pulled the power supply. Hooked it up to my new build (Both are Crosair models) Pc fired right up. Sad to say the power supply was dead. Took it to my local PC shop and they tested it for me. It was official, it was dead. So I went on Amazon did the return (First time ever) super easy, I asked for an exact replacement, says it will be here tomorrow. So we will see what happens. I will update when I get the new one.

Greater than one weekEasy to use, super quiet. I have yet to hear the fan make any noise. I built my rig to be quiet and efficient, and this was the basis of that build. Got it on sale for a great price. Only complaint is that the shipping was delayed, but the product is not to blame for that.
