I thought it would a good upgrade further down the line as RMx series are good PSUs and I wanna future proof my build more. Good thing the RMx series are interchangeable through their cables. All I literally did was replace my old RM750x with my new one and plugged in all the current cables in the same spots and my build works just like before.

> 3 dayWorked for one day. When I went to boot up again, no lights came on, but the PSU was making a very quiet repetitive chirping sound. I tried disconnecting everything from it, but the sound was the only sign of life. I upgraded to the 850 and its doing fine. Must have been a dud.

> 3 dayMy buddy asked me to why i choose a fully modular PSU if my case has a shroud. I told him, i get a lot for its price so why not. Getting to the point, this PSU is beefy and well built. Id suggest getting this so that youll still have wiggle room in the future if you wanna upgrade. The fan doesnt even turn on if youre not hitting the threshold.
