I recently bought this RAM to upgrade my existing system from 8GB to 16GB in order to run multiple VMs at the same time. I have always had Corsair RAM as it has never let me down and these sticks were no exception. Simply dropped them into the motherboard and rebooted. RAM detected with no problems and working just as I expected - perfect.

works as expected, no problems so far. It went into an Asus motherboard Z97A. Time will tell if there is problems!

Pros : I dont want to get in the whole debate of RAM about frequency not being important because of latency... In any case, yes this is not technically the fastest RAM, but if you want to game on your computer you will never see a single fps difference. It works great, its cheap and this company is a reliable one. Those three points should be the only ones you should look for when buying RAM, which is why I recommend these ones.

Funktioniert nicht, obwohl, wie ich denke der Speicher zum Board passen müsste.

Works very well with no compatibility problems. Not much more I can say about memory. It works as advertized.

This is a limitation of a 32-bit operating system. In Windows, the Windows memory manager is limited to a 4 GB physical address space. Most of that address space is filled with RAM, but not all of it. Memory-mapped devices (such as your video card) will use some of that physical address space, as will the BIOS ROMs. After all the non-memory devices have had their say, there will be less than 4GB of address space available for RAM below the 4GB physical address boundary. MacOS X Tiger and Leopard are both 64-bit operating systems and will not experience this problem. Neither will 64-bit versions of Windows XP or Vista or Windows 7.
