> 3 dayThis was dirt simple for upgrading my iMac 27 i5 with just two sticks of 8 GB each. (You dont have to buy two packs of 2x8GB and replace the two factory sticks already in the machine if you just want to expand to 24GB instead of the 32GB max). Just pop in the two new chips into the available slots (#2 and #4 slots are the empty ones, counting from the bottom up). Yes your machine afterwards reflects 24GB running at 1333MHz instead of 1600MHz, but this is a trivial technical issue that has virtually nothing to do with performance (for an excellent explanation of why, see review Possibly Userful Explanation... beautifully written on Jan 28, 2013). So if you want to spring for just one set of new chips, ignore the I was told by my uncle that you cant... reviews. I did. Its perfect.

> 3 dayI decided to upgrade my laptop from 8gb ram to 16gb ram using this product as a replacement. After a few days this ram module began failing and causing my windows 7 computer to crash due to memory failure. I simply removed this corsair ram module and reinstalled the old module Hyundai. My laptop works fine again after reinstalling the old ram module. Im a computer technician with 10 years fixing computers and I have always known kingston to be the industry leader in computer ram so initiated a return for the corsair ram module and when I recieve my balance I will be buying the Kinston ddr4 2400 260 pin module. Thanks (FOR NOTHING) Corsair.

> 3 dayThe FPS boost I got was insane (I have a dell g5) it kept freezing and stuttering before the upgrade (use to have 6 gb of stock ram) and it has dramatically improved the experience of using my laptop

> 3 dayI put two 4gig sticks in an acer v3-551 that maxed it out on RAM and they ROKed and plugged and played @ 1600MHz right out of the box and the acer had a AMD A8 APU and it ROKed ...havent tried these in my new MSI GT70 to max it out with 32gigs of RAM yet ..still waiting on some mSATA ssds for it to do the whole mod at one time ..but there supposed to be the ticket ! Intel core i7 loves Corsair ..and AMD loves Crucial and I have use both and both are top of the line !
