This memory worked excellently in my 2012 MacBook Pro. It definitely speeded up the computer when running larger programs like Photoshop and After Effects.

I have had these installed now for a couple of months. They work well and I havent managed to max them out yet. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

It popped old memory out & new right in. It booted up into Windows 10 64-bit- no muss, no fuss, no changing bios settings. Ran Zoom Meeting for hours with no problem right after swapping stock 4GB to this kit’s 8GB. Checked memory with Speedfan and the memory is clocked at full speed on my Toshiba Satellite C655-S5512. Amazon pc part checker was absolutely right with this recommendation. It was a bit more than no name brands, but you usually get what you pay for.

Can confirm this RAM works in the new iMac 5K 27 Mid 2017 model that was just released this past June.
