This is amazing, who knew they could improve a tape measure from the ones i had when i was a kid but they did. It is worth every penny

Im not a carpenter, I just work on small projects around the house and barn. I didnt think Id like the locking mechanism, but it turns out I love it. Simple to read and easy to handle.

Good general purpose tape for a starter set of tools.

Doesnt even deserve one star. Measuring tape broke the first time we attempted to use. Have never seen one that is not affixed to the casing inside. Entire 25 ft of tape came out of case. And I cannot return. Utterly disappointed and will no longer purchase Craftsman products. Zero quality like they once had.

excellent tape

I purchased this for my son as a Christmas gift so he can learn to read a tape measurer. My wife now steals this every time she goes to measure anything.

It was thicker and sturdier than I imagined. It is a bit heavy for me, but it seemed pretty solid.

Nothing fancy but gets the job done. I have had it for about 6months now and used it for a deck project. Has held up just fine. Basic tape measure.
