Creative Grids Quilt Ruler 7-1/2in Square - CGR7

Needed a 7.5 inch ruler to square up quilt blocks

I am looking for a ruler with thin lines. These lines are all THIN and will be easy to very accurately line up fabric. The edges and the grey dots you see in the photo are areas of roughness to grip the fabric. These areas are transparent enough to see through when lining up fabric and the rest of the ruler is crystal clear. So many sewing rulers have numbering that does not fit my style of cutting fabric. I am right handed and always line up my fabric with the cutting edge on my right. I need the number one in the top right hand corner. This ruler was designed with my style of cutting in mind. Its a little more expensive but I can understand why. Its worth it.

The best sewing and quilting rulers! They are marked in black and white for light or dark fabrics. They also have slightly rough spots to keep them from skidding when you apply pressure/cut. Dont worry, the spots are not abrasive to fabric, they just grip.

My wife likes it. Is anything else important?
