> 3 dayItem arrived on time but it was obviously opened by someone. Don’t know if it was returned by another customer, but, disappointing to give as a gift to someone.

> 3 dayUPDATE 2/5/22: Rigged up C clamp with self-stick felt pads on the clamping parts and am using that to hold down the clear bar at the near end. So far it seems to work well to keep the paper from slipping. (Still prefer the old green one but it is what it is.) ORIGINAL REVIEW 12/26/21: Had the older green Cricut portable trimmer and loved it, but could not get replacement blade for it. Bought a Signature “Recollections” trimmer and hated it. Could not get an accurate cut. This one is ok but unlike my old one, the guide piece that holds the blade does not lock down so you have to hold it down firmly with one hand while cutting with the other. Since my right hand doesn’t work well (stroke) this isn’t easy. But my project is finished so no need to experiment with taping or something to hold it more firmly. Also it slightly scratched the glossy surface of photos, but another customer said she fixed that problem by using a cover sheet. Wish I could get blades to fit my old green Cricut! Now THERE was a trimmer.

> 3 dayEs bueno, para su precio. Me ayudado bastante, si el papel es muy grueso, no quedan bien los cortes pero yo solo la utilizo para papeles fotográficos delgados y algunos que son un poco más gruesos pero estan en la línea de delgados y algunas cartulinas. Y funciona y quedan bien.

> 3 dayI used to have another one, different brand. I did not like it at all. That thing just wasnt accurate. But luckily, my cat pushed it out of the table and broke it. This one is way better! I would strongly recommend this trimmer!

> 3 dayBought a “brand” because I thought the quality would be better. It’s not. I needed to trim watercolor paper for my Etsy store, and the blade barely got through 3 before dulling and ruining the paper. If you’re doing a light to maybe medium card stock, you should be fine. You won’t have any issues with normal paper. But for anything heavy duty, or if you need to cut constantly, you’re going to be spending a lot of money on replacement blades. I can’t complain too much though, because I got this for a decent price. I just wish the blade was better.
