I was so excited to get my knife and housing. Started my project on 1/8 inch basswood. The blade snapped before finishing the project. I knew it would get dull over time, but I did not expect it to snap off 1/2 way through my first project

Used this to make a puzzle in heavy chip board for my BIL and it came out awesome. Definitely worth the cost if you foresee making items with very thick material.

It didnt cut through leather as well as I wanted it to.

It is a good tool for your Cricut Maker machine. I use it to cut thickest material. It is a necessary tool for crafters.

I found out it didn’t have a cap when I reached in to get it out and the blade went into my hand. This is totally unacceptable. I highly doubt it’s Cricut brand, I’ve only ever gotten off brand without packaging. I’m not even going to try it as I ordered Cricut brand because I’ve had HUGE problems in the past with the off brand of this item. Very disappointed because I needed it for a work project tomorrow. I will be returning.

So many people are saying this blade is not a real Cricut product and is not being detected when starting a new cut.

My Cricut blade doesnt work. I tried calibrating the machine with the blade and it still doesnt recognize it.

Mine was too tight to loosen the blades for replacement by hand and the replacement blades are expensive but it works well and seems reasonably durable.
