Crucial P1 1TB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe Internal SSD, up to 2000MB/s - CT1000P1SSD8

OK...I never leave reviews but after spending months on trying to figure out how to stop the restarts after installing I figured Id post in hopes of maybe helping someone solve their problem way faster. I bought the crucial P1 1TB and both the short and long sintech adapter cards (tried them both) to upgrade my early 2015 MacBook pro. The computer would log out of the OS and i would have to re-log in. It was clearly related to the MacBook sleeping or hibernating (I initially thought this was Kernel Panic). I tried to change the power settings using terminal after reading many blogs but I couldnt make it work. I would leave the MacBook and hours later it had logged me out. I should say that when I didnt let it sleep the adapter and ssd worked great and was significantly faster than the oem Apple disk.

Came as opened box. Maybe it was used!! Idk. The bar codes were scratched out with black marker. Too sketchy to mess with. Sent it back.

The cloning software provided Acronis was very slow, 6 hours. Should have done a fresh Windows10 install. Aside from that, it is working awesome. Its fast. I hope it lasts.
