I suffer from having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, and falling back to sleep once Ive woken up (i guess thats insomnia haha). I cant remember the last time I actually had a good nights rest and slept throught the night. I refuse to take sleeping pills because I like to be as natural as possible. I have occasionally taken melatonin and it does help me from waking up so many times throughout the night. However, I have been drinking this tea for the past few nights and havent woken up once. Its almost shocking!! I wouldnt say this made me sleepy per say, but it definitely helps me rest better. Nothing beats a good nights sleep!! YAY!!!

Easy to install into laptop, restart, GB is good to go. I YouTubed it for my specific laptop. Needed an upgraded computer for remote work and this saved me from buying another.

I use it almost every night I’m having trouble sleeping. Rather it be in thr microwave or kettle use. It’s absolutely perfect ! Works like a charm and I buy it every time I’m out again! I have them at my gf, my house and grandmothers !
