It tastes good and all, but the flavor is weak as spearmint isnt my favorite flavor in anything. It did make me sleepy though.

I use it almost every night I’m having trouble sleeping. Rather it be in thr microwave or kettle use. It’s absolutely perfect ! Works like a charm and I buy it every time I’m out again! I have them at my gf, my house and grandmothers !

Easy to brew with a nice mild flavor and great smell. I drink this tea every night. It’s great with some oat milk.
