> 3 dayAs many would have encountered that other RAM sticks, either with CL38 or faster frequency, will not boot entirely. This is due to the fact that the sanity check on RAM for DDR5 is more strict. And some RAM sticks require XMP (Intel) or DOCP (AMD) profile to be activated to work properly. The profile is essentially a RAM overclocking. However, most non-gaming, even some of the gaming laptops, will not accept overclocking. For instance, my XPS 17 9720, with the 12th gen, will not take other RAMs. However, this one set works well. And the set also works well in my neighbors Blade 15. Therefore, if you are considering upgrading your laptop, and see no BIOS settings for RAM overclocking, you best shot would be this.

> 3 dayI bought an ASUS G4 model to replace my prior laptop which you can no longer get parts for. The biggest downside of going to the G4 outside of the hardware instability was downgrading from 64GiB of RAM to the meager 16GiB included with the ASUS. My laptop was the 8GiB soldered + 8GiB SODIMM in the slot.

Greater than one weekI got this for my Alienware M15 R7. Tried another C brand of RAM first, but no matter what and even though its listed as supported, it never posted.

> 3 dayIt just works . Got this for my ASUS Tuf a17 , runs smoothly , helps with game performance and laptop heating up, for reference runs New world at ultra high settings with only 35–50% memory usage.
