> 3 dayMy 3 year old toddler has chronic constipation. Regular for him means going every 3 days. If we’re lucky, it will be every two. When we’re not, a week may pass. We’ve been using the regular Culturelle daily along with Benefiber, opting not to do Miralax daily. Eating grapes everyday got him to become more regular, but after some tummy issues last weekend, he hadn’t gone for a week despite Miralax the last few days. I finally convinced him to eat some oatmeal with Culturelle Regularity. He went within the hour without much of a fuss. What a relief - for all of us! We’ve used it before, but this time, I’m convinced!!! I’ve tried hiding it in yogurt, but sometimes it climbs funny so he knows it’s there. The oatmeal’s texture makes it way easier to hide. Update - June 2019. My son is constipated again. Has only gone a tiny amount in the last 9 days. Ive used this and Miralax, but he keeps holding it. Sigh. Just waiting and hoping this kicks in,

> 3 dayBought this for my 20 month old who goes between regular and constipated. The doctors answer was prescription meds but I’m not a fan of that as the answer at such a young age. I did a little research after keeping a food and fluid intake journal of my sons diet. This product was recommend to me by a few moms and I’m very glad we tried it. Increased his fluid intake and give him this once a day(sometimes 2 times a Day if he eats goldfish that day) and he’s pretty regular. No more crying and straining. And MOST importantly, no prescription meds!!! I can’t comment on the taste, but I mix it with half water half milk and he takes it no problem. I do wish it was a little cheaper. I did find the larger pack on wal-mart for $35 vs I think on Amazon it was $40 or somewhere in that ballpark. If you have a pretax health spending program through your employer you can turn the receipt in for this product. At least that helps to offset the cost.

> 3 dayBoth my kids have been taking this for almost a year. I put it in their milk and my youngest doesn’t even notice it. Great for her cause she doesn’t want to take any gummy vitamins.

> 3 dayAfter 3 months of constipation issues with my 3 yr old potty trained daughter I was at my ropes end and Dr was telling me shed have to take mucilax or something every day... No thank you!! I found this and added it to her yogurt or cereal milk or cottage cheese in the am and to her bottle at night (at first to get her going again.) now I just put a pack in her water bottle and shake it and off she goes! It is totally tasteless!! It is easy to mix into anything. She doesnt mind it at all! It took an all systems go effort (2 packs per day plus pears and kiwi and bran buds and lots of water to get her going again... A few hard poops had to be struggled thru but then after 2 days everything just started softening and feeling and looking like pop snakes like we were hoping for! Now she has been 1 month straight of daily morning poops like clockwork before school. I still give her the bran buds too and 1 pack in her water a day... But now she is good to go potty and happy do it every morning! Thank God! I think this is a great product and Im sure it helped!

> 3 dayMy (almost) 1.5 year old was struggling BADLY with constipation. Nothing worked....p fruits, fruit juice, increased water, Pedialax liquid stool softener....and that was if we could even get her to eat/drink any of those things depending on the day. We were having to resort to suppositories which, despite them being successful, she would have little to no bowel movements the days in between. We were going crazy trying to find a solution. After multiple failed attempts of trying to get her to take the liquid stool softener (she picks up on taste changes very easily and did not like anything we tried to add the liquid to, nor would she take it from a syringe), I tried to find something that did not have a flavor and happened to come across this product. After reading the reviews and feeling like the reviews described very similar situations, we decided to give it a try. I was hopeful we would have success like the other reviews, but was cautiously optimistic. We started giving two pouches a day and on day 5, like some of the other reviews said, my daughter had 2 bowel movements...in one day! Im hoping this will continue and Im so happy we gave this a try!
