> 3 dayTogether with Mommys Bliss Constipation Ease, this was a LIFESAVER! Here is some rather long background, in the hopes that it will help another parent going through a similar situation. My 5 and 1/2 year old has suffered from constipation for over a year. Its been a long, complicated battle with a huge psychological component (the longer he goes between going, the more scared he gets and the longer he holds it and the more difficult it gets... and so on in a spiral). We put him on Miralax, on his pediatricians advice, a year ago. First we gave him a 1/3 of what we saw on the internet as a kid-appropriate dose, every 2 to 3 days. It sort of worked for a few months, but it was never easy. Then we had to start giving it more often, like daily and finally, a month ago we went to a full dose (triple of what we started with, and then some) every day, some times twice a day. Then he went a week without going, and when he finally went, well, I dont wish this on anyone. So we had to do something different (despite our doctor telling us to just stay on Miralax and keep increasing the dose; side note, as other reviewers comment, Miralax is not studied or recommended for children or for a prolonged use, despite what pediatricians say). So I came to this and Mommys Bliss. We now give him one Culturelle Regularity packet in the morning, mixed in some prune juice, and then one dose of Mommys Bliss Constipation Ease after he gets home from school (2 teaspoons, on its own, followed by a glass of water because the taste is a bit yuk). On the second day of this regimen (with no Miralax - we stopped cold turkey because it stopped doing anything for us), he did #2. It was not a pleasant experience but better than the time before that. Then he went the next day. And the next. He has been going every day since we started this, and it is much easier for him to go. Hes not scared anymore either. I dont know if it is Culturelle or Mommys Bliss, or the combo of both, but we are so relieved (pun intended). I set up an Amazon subscription for both; fingers crossed they keep working.

> 3 dayOur pediatrician recommended this product for our children (2 and 1) when they had severe diarrhea from the stomach bug and it worked quickly and very well. Couldnt be more pleased! Beyond worth it for them to be feeling better within the day.

> 3 dayI used this for my children when they had a stomach bug and it worked to help regulate them after a few days. Our pediatrician recommended this product when diarrhea is happens since the fiber in this product helps solidify and regulate their bowels.

11-06-2025Helps keep my toddler regular without the need for Miralax! If your little one suffers from constipation, you know how heart wrenching it can be to be helpless. This has worked WONDERS for us! We’ve been using it since he was 18 months old and only needed to use Miralax once and he’s 2.5 years old!!!! It’s worth the money for peace of mind. We use it twice a day. Once in his milk, and once in his water. He’s EXTREMELY PICKY WITH FLAVORS and this being flavorless is a deal breaker! He doesn’t even notice and he notices ANY changes with food. I love the ability to use something good for him and “non” medicinal to keep him regular!

> 3 dayIf youre here reading reviews then its safe to say we all have a similar story. My son always had trouble with constipation which became an even bigger problem when we started to potty train. For the last year and a half he would go through a pattern where every month or so hed start using his potty for just long enough for us to think we were getting somewhere, then hed withhold his poop until it became so shockingly massive that would make even the toughest person in the world cry for his mother. It was horrifying. And then back to only using pull-ups. I tried a bunch of differnt things, fiber gummys, prune juice, altering diet. But hes such a picky eater, plus if he found out something might help he instantly refused to eat it again. Probably because he was so afaird to have a bad poo. It was difficult to keep any of it going. I have always been a bit dubious of probiotics, but I was at my wits end, and the reviews were so positive I decided to give this a try. Gave him his first packet in juice Friday night, then 2 a day. I mixed it in his juice or milk and he had no idea. It had been about a week since his last decent BM. By monday we were getting some action in his pull up, fairly small but getting progressively softer. wednesday night I convinced him to sit on his potty and try. Success! We finally had a poo that wasnt horrifying in size and came out without any tears. *I* could have cried instead. We did have a small accident later that night with a BM that was a little too soft. So i will try one packet a day and see where we end up. Have we found our answer? I hope so.

09-06-2025This product has worked and worked well! I now have peace of mind that my 2 1/2 year old grandson is pooping every day instead of every 4-5 days. It’s softer and not the huge hard turdies with blood mixed in now!!! I’m a happy grandma!! I mix one packet in 1/2 of a small smoothie and he drinks it right down. Somedays I’ll give one in the morning and one in the evening but most days just one. They work!!!!!!

> 3 dayMy 3 year was always constipated, even with extra fiber. But ever since we got this. He drinks one a day in his oat milk ( we cut dairy, it makes constipation worse) and he poops every day now, and he no longer complains its painful!

> 3 dayThis product has been a lifesaver. My toddler had so many issues with constipation and because the pooping process had been painful a couple of times, he would then try to stop himself from going #2, making things even worse. I was at the end of my rope, since he was refusing prune juice and any other food that could help with the situation. I had to resort to suppositories, which worked, but are quite a traumatic process for both him and myself, and definitely not a long term solution. These packets took 5 days to start working, but since then hes had a bowel movement every day or every other day! My sanity has been restored. I add one packet to a little bit of water, make sure its dissolved, and then mix that in his milk. I seriously cant recommend this product enough!

> 3 dayThis stuff is like gold to my almost 3 year old. He has been having such a hard time going number 2. To the point that his stomach gets big and bloated and hard. He would yelp out in pain It hurt so bad from not being able to go. The dr recommended adult doses of miralax and a high fiber diet. If anyone can get a high fiber diet in a 2 year old then you must be doing magic. We used the miralax but I hate being dependent on that to get him to go. We needed something drug free But still gets the job done.So upon doing some research I found these. Reviewers seemed to swear by them so I figured let’s try it. I am so glad I did. I mix one everyday in a drinkable yogurt for him. He doesn’t even know it’s there and he has been pooping every day or every other day on his own without any miralax or other helpers. I am so thankful for this product. If your toddler needs help, these are your answer!
