At first the box comes with scratches, I didnt take care of that and just open the box. When I see it I was happy because It looks so clean and professional. Then I open it and connect to my monitor to start using it, but when I did it I see that my video card was broke showing green lines In my monitor and just working the processor and the RAM with is usefulness for me to work.

Missing parts 500GB PCI-E NVMe SSD.

I needed to replace my second gaming computer due to catastrophic MB failure. I got this (I thought) mid grade gaming system. It came packed well, very clear instructions on initial setup. Turned it on and we were off and running. Much slicker and much faster than I assumed it would be. It didnt even need OS updates. I was impressed. I put it up against my main gaming machine and it was faster. I guess this is my main machine now. My only negative comment was a lack of optical drive... but most systems have gone that way and I have an external one so no big deal.

The system works well. However, there was a metal piece of the case that was covering just slightly too much where the video card connections were. I had to manipulate the case in order to get the display port cables/adapters to connect. I tried seeing if I could move the video card and it was not possible with the motherboard that was installed. If it hadnt been for the issue with the case, I would have given it 5 stars.

Computer is awesome straight out of the box so far, very easy to set up, packaged very safe, definitely stressed tested it the first week of owning it so far and have had zero issues thus far

Product showed up quickly and on time with zero damaged parts and so far preforms amazingly!!

Bought this PC 3 months ago and its been working so fine. Havent had any hardware problems at all. I recommend this PC especially to those who play video games.

Christmas gift for my teenager, we couldnt be more impressed
